Seaden Quality Resort & Spa Ultra All Inclusive

Overall, a nice holiday but would not return - see negatives below. Positives…. -Lovely staff who are very helpful -Clean hotel and comfortable rooms -Food ok but very limited for vegans and vegetarians. Labels are very poor. -Nice wines, beers and cocktails. -no reserving sunbed rule is enforced - nice pool Negatives… SMOKING - there is nowhere to get away from it outside!!! The hotel would benefit from designated smoking areas. It’s horrible as a non smoker to breathe in other people’s smoke around the pool, while eating at the snack bar and while sitting in the evening. Not acceptable in this day and age. - one of our group got food poisoning , we suspect from fish as this is the only thing he ate differently from anyone else. - Al a carte restaurants are nicely decorated and the staff are lovely but the food is not good. We didn’t enjoy any of the meals there. - sea is very rocky, not a reason to not come back but beware. The smoking is a big issue. Very sad as there are lots of children at the hotel who should be protected from breathing in others’ smoke.

Incredible experience at the Seaden Quality. Hotel and our room was super clean and the food and drinks were outstanding. Hotel facilities are also exceptional here, pool area was well kept and cleaned daily. Incredibly friendly staff, in particular Dogan who made a special effort to make conversation with us daily and got us involved in all activities. Big shout out to him! Perfect holiday, highly recommend!

At first glance the resort is ok, superficially. Architecture is relatively modern, it is definitely a clean hotel. The problem starts with the showers, badly build, the water does not go down the rinse and mostly stays there, also produces quite a large amount of " flodding" and overflowing which makes the inside of the room wet and extremely slippery. Furthermore you can faintly smell mold from that area because it is constantly wet. I spoke to the reception they said they " handle" it but now after 5 days still nobody was there to fix it. And yes I am still at the hotel while I am writing this review. The employees mostly do not speak English and just a bit of German. Me as a German i mostly understand them but most of them don't seem to fully understand what me or my wife are saying. Food is very decent u have a huge variety of meals from pure vegan to vegetarian to meat, no complaints here, really tasteful. The service of the employees is good ( if they understand what you wanted from them) The pool area is constantly occupied by the towls of other tourists which is a bit of a turn-off because If you do not place your towel at latest 8 30/ 8 45 you will most probably not get a chance to have a place at the pool... and let's be honest I did not go to vacation to fight in the early morning for pool spots. The beach is sandy the employees there take good care of you drink wise. The water on the beach is very unclear water almost murky from time to time and has rocks etc which obviously you cannot see due to the water clarity. There are multiple activities you can participate and the entertainment crew of the hotel do their absolute best to keep everyone involved sometimes it is hard to get rid of them :) Music in generale is ok for my taste a bit too loud, which also reflects in the evening when there is a Music event you will hear it deep into the night because the balcony windows do not offer an adequate sound protection, so if maybe you are an elderly person or a baby who is easily disturbed by loud sounds this could also be a turn-off for you. Pool is clean and water temperature is just right for the outside temperature

It was a beautiful stay. The best was the fitnes program with Tolga 🙂🙂😃. The staff is very friendly. The food is excelent
