I’ll give you a fair assessment of our trip having returned from a week away with my wife and two children (16).
Firstly the hotel is of a good standard - not 5 star in my opinion (probably 3/4) having stayed in Turkey on a number of other occasions.
The location is marred by the surrendering area which is “scruffy”. It’s a 5 minute courtesy bus to the beach which is OK and provides decent snack food. Side is about a 20 minute walk and is a must to see the spectacular ruins.
The main restaurant is mediocre at best - the food is although varied with plenty of choice, unfortunately the not warm. The outside grill area is okay with a few choices - chicken, burgers, steak etc but again not warm at all.
The pool area is nice however the water was extremely cold (might be warmer in July or August). The water slides were good and the pool snack bar offered the best choice of food - fresh and hot!!
The drinks were again pretty standard - no fancy cocktails unless you paid extra for this at the vitamin bar around €6 for a frozen strawberry dac.
All in all a pleasant stay - rooms are of a good standard, entertainment was pretty non existent and all the staff were friendly and polite (Mermet especially in the lobby bar!).

We had a great time at Arnor Deluxe Hotel. The rooms were clean, the pool area was lovely, and the food was good with plenty of options. What really stood out was the staff. Kudret is an absolute legend, he works long days in the heat at the beach, always with a big smile and positive energy. Such a hardworking and kind person. Salih and Ibrahim, who work as waiters, were also amazing. They are super friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. If we had to mention one small downside, it would be that the English level among the staff is a bit limited, which made communication tricky at times. But everyone tried their best, and it didn’t affect our experience in any big way. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Amazing hotel!!! stuff,shows,entertainment team. Food was great, so much choice,drinks,cakes etc. We couldn't ask for more we had perfect family holidays. The room was nice and clean,swimming pools and sea was good. The spa experience I definitely recommend Turkish bath and choice off massage,was so nice and relaxing girls was lovely.

Avoid this place. Last year it was a so so hotel, this year is a disaster. Awful food, not good quality Turkish drinks, rude staff, and a lot of rude Russians. Stay away. The only thing increased this year is the price. Avoid! Choose another direction. Disco show lasts to the 23,30. You want to sleep, forget! Nobody on the dancefloor, but music continue… awful experience. Dirty beach and muddy sea water with strange smell. Don’t waste your money in the Arnor Hotel!!!

Excellent hotel, especially enjoyed the amazing spa. I would highly recommend the facilities there for anyone looking for a fabulous holiday, the massages were out of this world, all staff were lovely as well. Helen

Lovely clean hotel with excellent facilities, the private beach is excellent with two shuttle busses running approx. every 10 mins. The staff were great & very helpful. The only issue was the buffet restaurant, its chaos! lots of very rude guests who have no concept of a queue. This however, did not spoil our holiday we had a great time!

Very clean room, good food, good animations, good slides, very nice pools and good drinks and pool games! Staff very friendly and fun to be around.
