how to explain my experience in this hotel already I was planning to tell you that I had already come 3 years ago when it just opened impeccable experience but this was the worst stay I could have had and I have traveled a lot in the world first of all the reception staff was very good👍👍👍👍 the problem was the cleaning staff on floor 9 I think I ran into the worst person of my life as soon as I arrived she says that she knows France well, her family and Aubervilliers, she FaceTimes this family while I'm typing, I've known her for 2 minutes, in short, as I'm polite, I answer but I'm very uncomfortable afterwards I felt something strange because she stared at my watch after that I told her not to clean my room I went out I put all my valuables in the safe as indicated on a big sign in the room which states that the hotel has nothing to do with stolen objects if they are not in the trunk so that already worries me when I return I notice that the objects have moved are missing ex perfume I say nothing we have it usual with cousins ​​that things disappear it's no big deal and the next day I tell her that I'm staying when she cleans the room she hits me in scandal insulting me shocked I film for proof I ask to see the people in charge show her even is shocked at what has just happened he immediately dismisses her and asks her to put her things down I tell myself that it's settled and that it's a good thing done for the hotel the next day again I see her again and she insults me by telling me that she was going to wait for me outside that she knew people in France, in short, unbelievable. go to Fort Point or the Sheraton or there are other hotels which are much better too bad for this hotel I liked it

Nous sommes super satisfait de notre séjour qui a duré 2 jours, super endroit digne d'un grand hôtel les chambres très propre et ne manque de rien la salle de bain est magnifique ,le personnel est très réactif le petit déj très variés , je recommande pour les familles et Pour ceux qui viennent en affaires, merci l'équipe Vendôme oran

Hotel vent dôme Oran, très bon rapport qualité prix 😀 Spa luxueux gratuit avec petit déjeuner et une belle chambre moderne à un prix abordable 15000 da😍 Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin

Un sejour en famille très agreeable ,hotel propre.personnel sympathize et survivable au petit soin . Emplacement très pratique,je revienderai inchallah . La piscine est geniale ,adapter au petit et au grand . Parking au choix interieur ou exterieur. Le buffet est varie et riche . Bravo pour cette hotel qui merite bien ces etoiles.

Personnel sourients Emplacement décentré du centre Chambre correct pour le prix ( 15 000 dzd/ chambres doubles avec PD) + taxe de séjour de 600dzd/personnes Vu sans intérêt P Dj correct aussi (manque de variété) Pecine propre mais les vestiaire ne le sont pas et pas de maître nageur ou qlq qui s'en occupe Sale de sport fermé le vendredi Parking surveiller à côté, mais il faut à chaque entré prendre un ticket au borne automatique puis de le cacher à la réception et le présenter à la sortie. On conclusion bon rapport qualité /prix A conseiller

Le charme des lieux, le calme absolu, l'extrême propreté, la qualité des équipements (literie très confortable) et  Le calme , la gentillesse et la comptence du personnel toujours souriant et disposé à vous apporter satisfaction mention spéciale pour Ismahane et abdelouhab. Dîner buffet et Petit déjeuner délicieux. Une chambre très spacieuse, une belle piscine, un espace fitness correct. Je recommande avec plaisir.
