Very good location, walking distance to Siegburg train station, excellent choice of breakfast, very conform room

The hotel park is very relaxing and convenient for the Cologne Exhibition. The hotel is clean and high-quality.

The hotel is good and in a good location. It is very close to the activity location. Customers recommend it for next stay. I am still choosing the environment and sanitation of the room recommended by my friends.

I did not receive an automatic booking confirmation and had to call the hotel by phone. First night, TV-set was not working, second night no hot shower water, second night remote TV-control out of order, 2 of 3 days no room service, at breakfast ham and cheese was forgotten, at all there nights one of the reading lights suddenly turned on, fitness area was closed while clubs in the city were open - a hotel like this does not deserve 4*

The staff is absolutely perfect, and everyone does everything to satisfy your wishes. Everyone is helpful and very cheerful Modern room, extremely clean. Underground and outdoor parking available. Close to the Market Square.

VERY friendly service in every area, fast and competent! The room was very clean and spacious. Coffee for breakfast in bed, enough storage space in the bathroom, large mirror = great! Parking available in the basement, otherwise large public parking lot right by the house.

A fairly recently renovated hotel, overall decent. Very friendly staff and very tasty food. There is an underground car park. Small note: the TV in the hotel bar could be bigger. Conclusion: recommended conference hotel! Was there for a full-day conference and very satisfied

I was a day guest at a seminar, so I cannot comment on the overnight accommodation. The building appears to have undergone a general overhaul; everything is very new, classy and modern. The lady who was obviously responsible for our seminar appeared to be exceptionally friendly and well-organized. The conference room was bright, clean and sufficiently large. The catering during the booked breaks was delicious and varied, and there was a buffet at lunch and dinner. Again, very tasty and plenty of choice. There were enough young waiters for dinner. The lighting in the large reception hall seemed a bit unintentional. Light/dark and finally red-orange... difficult... In keeping with the questionable red lighting color, the two receptionists briefly shared a chair next to, or rather on, each other. This did not seem very appropriate for this type of establishment to me. The evening ended in the beautiful, large hotel bar. There is no criticism here.

The annex with the underground car park below appears to be a new building. The rooms there are large and well equipped, with the exception of not enough towel hooks and rails in the bathroom. When you book, you are informed that the rooms in this building are not cleaned daily. So whether the bathroom turns into a 'pigsty' or not is entirely up to the guest! The location is perfect: just a few minutes' walk to the city center and pedestrian zone, and the Michaelberg park is directly behind the hotel. The breakfast buffet in the main building is extensive, everything is fresh and not from those stupid aluminum pots.
