Lovely looking traditional bravarian hotel. Very basic single room. Clean but nothing special

Clean, reasonable hotel, fairly centrally located near the Chiemsee in Siegsdorf. Staff were very friendly and competent. Breakfast was very reasonable by German standards and we ate two meals in the hotel restaurant and they were both quite good. I'd stay there again.

Für das Zimmer, welches wir hatten, sind die 124,- EURO pro Nacht nicht angemessen. Das Zimmer war aufgrund der Ausrichtung dunkel, spartanisch eingerichtet und sehr klein. Im Verhältnis zum Zimmer war das Bad groß aber auch nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - der Wunsch nach einem Extrakissen wurde schnell erfüllt. Die Matratzen waren gut. Das im Preis mit inbegriffene Frühstück war an allen drei Tagen von der Auswahl sehr überschaubar. Leider war der Service allein, sodass es beim Nachlegen zu längeren Wartezeiten gekommen ist. Zwei bestellte Spiegeleier waren bei der Abreise als Extras auf der Rechnung ausgewiesen - schade, wenn das die Vorgehensweise ist, dann wäre bei der Bestellung ein kurzer Hinweis fair gewesen.

Zurück in der Vergangenheit wo noch Säumer und Händler unterwegs waren. Doch sauber und sehr Velo freundliche Unterkunft. Wir haben im Restaurant der alten Post gegessen und wurden charmant, kompetent und flott Bedient. Carpaccio war ein wunderbare Vorspeise. Leckere Forellenfilet auf der Haut gebraten. Knuspriges Backhendl und vieles mehr!

Service war neu, wußte nicht viel über Karte und Gerichte; etwas schleppend aber bemüht. Essen selbst war ok - aber nicht mehr. Wir haben dort nur das Restaurant genutzt und gegessen/ Parkplatz ist OK und Anbindung an Autobahn ebenfalls.
