I only stayed for one night. The service was amazing. The hotel was very clean and the main areas were really nice. The breakfast was lovely and the pool area was so charming. It is very quiet even though the street outside is busy. This is on a street with a lot of other guest houses and hotels and cute restaurants. The only issue I would share is that the rooms are very dated. I arrived at night and didn't get a chance to see the rest of the hotel so I was a little disappointed when I saw my room with the cement floor. It was clean and comfortable, though. The restaurant and pool close at 8pm. The next morning when I woke up I could see how beautiful the hotel was and I was happy. The staff help you with touring and they have a massage room there. I would stay there again. If you are looking for a nice clean room near downtown, it's worth it. If you are used to staying in luxury hotels, you may be disappointed.

You can tell this hotel was once very nice. Unfortunately things have started to show wear and tear. The furniture in the lobby was older with very noticeable stains. The room itself was good. My only complaint about the room was the plug for the bed was in the middle of the headboard at pillow level and had a light switch next to the plug. This kept me from being able to plug my phone charger in at the bed because it was too wide and hit the switch. Also, if I was not careful and hit the switch while rolling over at night, the lights would come on and be very bright. I did order a massage through the hotel which they outsource. The first lady did not want to massage me as I am a larger guy, so I had to wait an additional ~10 minutes for the replacement to get there. The last complaint I have is that I purchased a pool view room and the trees and plants have grown up so high 90% of the view is blocked. Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good. Main parts of the city are walkable (Less than 30 minutes). Plenty of tuktuks if you don't want to walk. While older, the rooms were clean. The hot water was HOT.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the stay. The hotel is quite old, and the room did not feel clean or comfortable. the bed was extremely hard - we even suspected there was no proper mattress. The pillows had an unpleasant smell and did not seem very clean. The same applied to the towels. we were initially impressed by the high review score and the large number of reviews. However, after staying there, we felt that the ratings are significantly inflated and dont accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel. in addition, both the air conditioner and the mini fridge were very noisy. On the first night we even considered moving to another hotel, but we were too tired and decided to stay. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasise that the staff were always very kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The scenery from the hotel was amazing, and the staff treated guests with kindness and respect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and good service.

The restaurant served very delicious dishes. The pool is large and clean, with a beautiful view that makes the stay more enjoyable.
