This hotel is in a great location and the front desk is very friendly. For the price it is actually good enough if you are not picky and if you only like basic stuff. The room is spacious, large bed and has a bath tub however, the AC isn’t working properly so it is hot most of the time. The toilet bowl is a wobbly so I hope they fix it.

Room had no window and was not as advertised. I asked about it and they moved my rooms but this W room was unclean, there were bugs on the walls and in the bed and stains on the sheets. I told the cleaner and she just wiped it and then did nothing else until I asked them to change the sheets which they did the next morning.

Just lovely. The room was spacious, clean, an amazing double ended huge bathtub, as well as a lovely hot shower. Staff were so friendly, and helpful. I messed up the booking but they were really understanding and done everything they could to accommodate us. The garden is super cute with beautiful plants and a pool, but the pool spent get much sun so was sadly too cold to swim in. It’s situation just down the road to one of the street markets and about ten mins walk from pub street so a great location. Would definitely book again. Siem reap was a really pleasure

English Version I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made me feel relaxed throughout my stay. The environment was quiet and peaceful, allowing me to rest very well every night. The location is excellent — there are many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and local attractions nearby, making it very easy to find food and go shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

It's a really nice place to stay, quiet and clean, and the staff was very helpful and nice, she can speak English very well so it is easy to communicate, and the swimming pool is nice too, plus it's walking distance to Pubstreet.
