Great place, clean, neat, decent swimming pool. Lovely welcome towel-art and flower arrangements in our room. There are some mosquitos, there's no lift, and the staircase steps are steep - can be difficult for elderly or big luggages.

The hotel's location near Pub Street is super convenient for getting around and finding food, and there are tuk-tuks right outside. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety, enough to fill you up. The pool was also very clean. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful; even with limited Chinese, they assisted us with booking a tuk-tuk for Angkor Wat and a bus to the airport.

Great location and spacious rooms. The breakfast was delicious, and it was easy to find places to eat nearby. Walking to the bar street was also very convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and always happy to help. For the price, this place offers excellent value for money.

The best selling point of this hotel is it's high standard customer service and the little pool. In view of room condition, I think if we don't use the pool, the room rate seems overpriced. Contrary to the website info ( glad to note that this misleading info has been rectified after my feedback), there's no lift and the steps leading to upper floor are short and steep and no TV in room. Thank you for the helpful young man who got a tv from somewhere and tried hard unsuccessfully to fix the cable channel in room. Room was quite clean but outdated and window view was blocked entirely by opposite building.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to Pub Street, making it very convenient for getting around. The Western breakfast isn't a buffet, but it's tasty and quite filling. I'd recommend booking a room with breakfast if you don't want to venture out early in the morning for food. The only issue is the bathroom design, which is frankly quite odd.
