Employees covered all valuables in the bar area with plastic sheets. Then they ran inside and closed the door. A few minutes later, workers arrived and began spraying chemicals. The kids and I were in the pool with others when we noticed the pool was filled with white sticky dots. I took the kids back and we all had a shower. This chemical makes us feel sick. After a while, I went outside to get food because their kitchen was closed at this time. On the way back I saw them spraying a very strong irritant into the air. I was covered by it, thank god I was wearing a mask and my eyes were stung. I had to go back and take another shower and wash all my clothes. The workers knew they would be using toxic chemicals and failed to warn any guests. The manager told another guest who had the child not to worry even though the child was coughing in toxic chemicals. The workers saw me and it wouldn't even warn me about it. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially coming from a high-level institution that claims health is important. The next day, workers pestered me multiple times to write down any negative comments about them. They harass my children and myself in the hope that we will delete any negative comments. This makes us very uncomfortable. Finally that night, after all the chemicals had been sprayed, the poisonous frog came out from hiding and ended up swimming in the children's swimming pool. If chemicals aren't sprayed, poisonous frogs won't endanger children. I would never recommend staying at this place in the future.
