Very good hotel

Pretty rough stay. They had trouble finding our appropriate reservations & then we had to call trip.com to help the staff sort out the details. The room was dirty & smelled foul, like mold & rotting wood. The breakfast made both my fiancé & I quite ill. The pool was decent. But the hotel has immense room for improvement.

Breakfast is rich and comfortable

Facilities are old but overall clean. It would be better if the breakfast had more variety.

There were many kind employees. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was good, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in this hotel in August 2024 with the family and kid, this hotel is very nice with excellent services, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Easy to find this lovely hotel. Nice restaurant, good food and the swimming pool is Highly recommended

Very beautiful hotel in Seam Reap. Clean, comfortable and so very friendly. The garden is gorgeous and the pool is lovely. All the staff were exceptional, especially Sokpaht at the front desk. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel while visiting.

I was at this hotel for three nights. The staff is very helpful and very kind trying to help wherever they can. The breakfast was good, more offers for Asian people who are used to noodles and rice for breakfast, less for Europeans *smile* The old town can be reached very fast by a tuk tuk The pool in front of the hotel is very good to relax from an exhausting day !

Hotel is good.Staff are courteous and helping. Food is tasty with a local flavour. Ambience is good. In hot days airconditioner was not very effective. I would suggest that a holding handle be fixed in the bathtub which will be helpful for the senior citizens. I would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family members.

The hotel is clean & comfortable with a beautiful pool and good restaurant. Most exceptional, however, are the people that work there! Everyone was so kind and attentive. On my last day, when I was alone and my car to the airport was a no-show, the people at the desk quickly arranged an alternative for me! So easy to communicate with and caring. Highly recommended!
