Good place ... Nice swimming pool. In the middle of the city

The room I was given to was below my expectations as the TV and fridge weren’t working. Was hoping the fridge was working as the weather there was hot and keeping a few cold drinks would be nice. Nonetheless the staff and the service are great. Perhaps they could upgrade the doors to a card system than a key instead.

I stayed here a few nights to meet up with friends. It's pretty well located and it is right next to pub street. There are many restaurants and shops just right outside. It was a nice stay.

The room we got was flooded with water from the toilet with human waste and dirty water would come out of the shower tub and the floor of the room and no o e cared to changed our rooms. We called trip.com and trip.com did nothing to compensate or change our room, so we had to leave the hotel that same night because it was discussing and they took our money woth unsanitary loving quarters booked through trip.com. What a shame and greed

Good location if you want to be in the central but quiet spot just a short walk 3min walk pub street and old market. Nice clean room with kind helpful staff.

Great stay for 2 nights and location is great and easy to access.

The location and the room are fabulous comparing to the price we booked. nice swimming pool and good price for cocktail and food in the restaurant. Lots of great little restaurant on the road close to the hotel as well. Would definitely stay again.

Houekeeping need improvement.

My experience was excellent, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless, the place was very quiet and relaxed, the breakfast was very good, very central to everything. The hotel offers options connecting with local tours that made life greatly easier. There are many restaurants in the same block as the hotel so it is quite convenient,, The hotel reception is very good, Sarah was always attentive and very kind in understanding my questions and providing solutions to my doubts. I arrived very early to check in so they let me use the pool without a problem. Then at check out I was still able to stay at the hotel while I waited for my taxi to the airport. everything was spectacular. 100 percent recommended this hotel. :)

The smaller hotel is located between two other indoor hotels within walking distance of Pub Street. It is still sufficiently quiet at night, although the hotel is a bit noisy. However, there is no view from the rooms, which are spread over three floors. My room on the first floor was spacious with dark wooden furniture. Bathroom with shower tray and no socket and hairdryer (but can be rented). Unfortunately there were small mosquitoes in the room. The usual drinks are free (2 glass bottles of water and coffee powder/tea) with water containers in the hotel for refilling) The breakfast can be chosen from 4 variants and is sufficient. Coffee/tea and orange juice from the buffet. Daily room cleaning and towel change. There is little space and loungers at the small, clean pool. Overall good value for money.

WINDOW VIEWING A BRICK WALL! Very polite and attentive staff, but when we entered the window was open and there were mosquitoes in the room, there was a cockroach under the bed, there was no curtain in the shower, the water in the pool was very chlorinated, which stings the eyes. Prices in the hotel restaurant do not include taxes!

The location is very good, just 2-3 minutes walk to Pub Street. It was comfortable and I couldn't hear the loud noises from Pub Street. The TUKTUK ride from the CDF airport bus to the hotel was $1, and the TUKTUK ride to the CDF arranged by the hotel was $2.50. It might be expensive since it was early in the morning. The hotel breakfast costs $4.40 and I cannot recommend it enough. It wasn't good. I noticed that the sheets were a little yellowed.

Siem Reap Urban Boutique is a very comfortable, great location close to everything and Meas and his staff are extremely helpful. From the front desk, to the wait staff and Vanna the Tuk Tuk driver welcome you and treat you like family. As a solo woman traveller I was extremely comfortable. Vanna was a great tour guide and the pool was a cool relief after a long day. Would definitely recommend
