Everything was okay. It's close to the city center, and the pool was decent. What really disappointed me were the bathtub, the shower curtain, and the cockroaches.

I stayed in Room 213, and unfortunately, there was a bed bug infestation. I was bitten in multiple places. I contacted the hotel through a Trip.com representative, but since it was after midnight, I couldn't get through to them. As a result, I had to book another hotel and move immediately. Other reviews also mention bed bugs, and it's clear the problem hasn't been fixed at all. This hotel is an absolute no-go. Even setting aside the amenities and location, it's just a terrible hotel experience. Later, I tried to get a refund through Trip.com, but the hotel refused. I will never stay here again and definitely do not recommend it.

I stayed at Urban Boutique in Siem Reap and unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. While the location is convenient, the overall quality of the hotel was disappointing. The fixtures and fittings felt quite poor and in need of maintenance, which took away from the comfort of the stay. Cleanliness was also an issue — there was a dirty towel left on the bath side when I arrived, which immediately gave a bad first impression and made me question the overall housekeeping standards. With some improvements to cleanliness and upgrades to the rooms, it could be a much better experience, but in its current state, I wouldn’t be in a rush to return.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Siem Reap. The location is close to everything yet peaceful, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the staff are always warm and welcoming. A perfect place to relax after exploring the temples.

Located in the city center, friendly staff, swimming pool... enjoy it, I recommend it.

The location is fantastic, but the hotel entrance was a bit hard to find. The breakfast offered about four choices and was delicious, with unlimited bread. There were quite a few mosquitoes, but they provided a spray so I could deal with them and get a good night's sleep. It's also super convenient with massage places and a supermarket nearby.

Good location and quiet, despite being a short walk to the attraction area. The staff were lovely and can help you with recommendations in the local area

Absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment you arrive until you leave, staff are wonderful friendly, helpful and very attentive. wifi is good for work even the location is only 8 minutes walked to the city center and pub street. Breakfast was great and yummy. Room was clean and neat and comfortable with reasonable price.

Enjoyed my stay at the Siem Reap Urban Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience especially pleasant. I would gladly stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel.
