We really happy to stay here. Most of the guest is Cambodian. The hotel is located in walking-distance to pub street and supermarket. All staff was helpful and polite. The room was not big but the bed is good. The only bad comment is the shower is not that strong.

Staff excellent always happy to help. Great pool, lots of hot water and good shower pressure. Good mattress and pillows.

The room is too small but it good that it near pub street . When I sleep I hear something wrong 😑….. and make me sleep not well.

Super convenient location, you can hear very little noise from the street, it didn't bother us, we were tired during the day, we slept like logs. The room is small, on the second floor with a view of the pool. The linen is clean, flip-flops, towels, robes. Hot water is always available. The staff is very attentive. We booked a car at the hotel (went to Koh Her), tickets to the circus and the apsara dance. We really liked all these events. The only downside is there is no place to hang clothes.

Hey, this place is great, central location, close to entertainment venues, right next to the bus station, very convenient, friendly and enthusiastic staff, next time I will definitely rent this place again.

Glow Inn is very well located in the heart of Siem Reap; close to markets, restaurantes and cafes. Glow Inn offers big enough rooms and a lovely pool for the very hot days in Siem Reap. The points that we didn't like were the fact that the aircon was extremely slow and the room would take almost an hour to cool down a bit. Besides that, one of the receptionists (female) was very unpleasant with us, complaining several times that we made the wrong car booking and asking for car/tours payments even before we checked in. The breakfast is also very basic and expensive, I don't recomend.

Fantastic hotel. Highly recommended. Very clean, beautiful pool, and the staff are extremely helpful. The beds are comfortable and the room is beautifully decorated. A perfect, economical place to stay in the center of Siem Reap.
