Beautiful small boutique hotel. Spacious clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and a nice pool. Located right in the centre of town on a quiet side road.

Top tier hospitality

I stayed here for several days and it was very, very good. The design, cleanliness, and location were all great. Because the hotel is small and there are only a few rooms, the reception staff knows who the guests are. I just want to sleep until I wake up naturally every day. Out of good intentions, the hotel staff kept asking me that I didn't make it to breakfast every day and it was very late. After leaving the hotel, everything was fine. Sometimes I felt that the service was overly enthusiastic. The staff member on duty at the front desk at night was fluent in English, but not that fluent. He could communicate basically, but when he spoke too fast, he looked confused. What I can't stand is that I have only used my facial oil two or three times. One day I came back to use it and found that the texture of the facial oil had changed and turned into a watery texture. Water was added to it. Even if I shake it a little, foam will come out. . Liquids with an oily texture will not produce fine foam if shaken gently. Maybe the cleaning girl looked around at my other skin care products one by one and found that none of them could be unscrewed. Only the facial oil could be unscrewed, poured out, and added with water without being noticed. This is even more disgusting than losing it directly.

There are viroth hotel and viroth villa in Siem Reap. They belong to the same company and are less than 200 meters apart. Because I have experienced both this time, I plan to write a good review together. First of all, the viroth hotel has a larger area and a better environment, but the price is also more expensive. The viroth villa is almost as good as the hotel in terms of facilities and services, and it is more cost-effective. Both locations are in the city center, within walking distance to the river, and a tuk tuk to Bar Street for one dollar. The decor of both hotels is very stylish, beautiful but elegant, especially the salt water pools. And the hotel also has handsome classic cars for free pick-up. The hotel service is also responsive. The most touching thing is that because I had to take the night bus to Phnom Penh on the day I left, viroth villa directly gave free late check-out until 23:00. Highly recommend staying

The hotel is small and beautiful, the service is very good, very warm. The little brother at the door offered to help spray mosquito repellant and bring cold towels when going in and out. Everyone would greet you warmly when they saw you. The rooms are not too big or too small, and they are adequate. Each room has a small balcony, which is very convenient for those who want to smoke. The breakfast is in the form of ordering, and there are various types, which are quite delicious.

The service is great, from getting off the car to entering the door, helping to carry the luggage, welcoming people in and out, the service is thoughtful, and the check-in drinks and fruits are delivered. As long as people are not in the room, they will come in and clean up, and put the messy things in order, friendly to obsessive-compulsive disorder Breakfast tastes good, rice noodle soup is worth a try

Extremely well located with a calm tropical atmosphere. . Service was the best we have ever experienced and I applaud the staff that served us throughout our stay. The rooms are lovely with very tasteful decor and spotless. We loved our stay.

Such a wonderful experience from being met at the airport. Very professional and kind staff who arranged a wonderful driver to take us around the temples. It was always a pleasure to return to a warm welcome and a cold towel with the driver calling a head to make sure our room was cool for us. Also so nice to have birthday wishes in the form of a yummy cake. We also did a sunset trip in one of Viroth's classic cars which was so nice. The room was very well designed and comfortable and the breakfasts were perfect. Such a good location too, near the river with lots of good food choices around. Our room rate included laundry which was a very welcome luxury. I would love to return and bring family and friends and see all of the staff again.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were excellent, always prepared with a cold towel and warm greeting our return. We did the sunrise tour with a 5am departure, for which they sent us off with a tiffin box filled with eggs, pastries, fruits and coffee to enjoy a picnic near the temples, cutlery and napkins included. Room design is quirky and fun, with everything you need. Nice cotton robes and flip flops for lounging around. Accessories are fun and colourful. Great location, would definitely recommend it for a few nights stay

Great hotel, very clean, the staff are amazing, friendly, very attentive to your every needs, very helpful and they actually cares about their guests. I was sick came down with a flu, the staff was asking if I would like ginger tea and they actually use ginger root and not tea bags! And they offer me unlimited ginger tea 😋. And they even asked me how I feel the next day and if I ever need anymore ginger tea. Breakfast & Coffee is good 👍 great location too, surrounded with restaurants, pharmacies, phone shop, fruit stall etc. Will miss the everyone

This is one of the top places we have stayed across all of our travels over the years. A beautiful mid-century styled art hotel with all the modern conveniences; the art and furniture alone are worth a visit alone. Absolutely everything has been tastefully styled and there are plentiful gardens which give a fantastic tropical feel. Lovely attentive staff who made us feel incredibly welcome on our honeymoon. Our only disappointment was having to leave!

Gem of a hotel. From the location to the exceptional service by the lovely staff. Everything and everyone at this hotel made our first trip to Siem Reap a memorable one. Will definitely be staying at this hotel when coming back to Siem Reap again.

Viroth’s was a perfect retreat. Wonderful staff, large room with very comfortable beds, pool/gardens were beautiful
