I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was nice, though it could include a few more options. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Best location for family visitor and best pool for the kids;

We absolutely loved this hotel. It's a short tuk tuk trip from the old market and pub street which has lots of great food and drink. It's also a great haven to use for trips to Ankgor Wat and or fishing/floating villages. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, during our 10 days in the hotel we ate there many times (we tried most of the menu). The staff were really friendly and welcoming, especially with our children, they were really well taken care of. The chef is really good, the food is just excellent. The swimming pool is also really beautiful, we swam most days and a few times even had the entire pool to ourselves. We stayed in a large family suite, it was huge at 120 square meters. The staff cleaned it everyday, giving us fresh drinking water and towels. We slept very well in this hotel. Pro tips: - Ask at reception for a Fire TV stick so that you can watch Netflix on the TV - You can buy cans of beer and soft drinks at the little shop across the road for 1/5th the price of the minibar

Hotel itself is very beautiful. Negative topics is the distance to the Center of the city and also the noise in the apartment, produced by the pool bar.

A bit too far to walk to the town, traffic and the road are busy without proper walkway is unsafe for tourists like us to walk. Overall it is a good hotel if you prefer a quiet place

It was my first time staying at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort and Spa and I loved it! I stayed at the Grand Pool Suite, it was luxurious and spacious. 10/10 would recommend. Love the view, room, pool & buffet! Definitely staying there again in the future.

The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! Whether you are a business traveler, family, or here for a honeymoon - I highly recommend choosing this resort when booking your accommodation in Siem Reap!
