Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Location easy to walk to and from main areas including pub street and night market. Hotel was very quiet and no disturbances throughout the night or early morning. Bathroom downside was that the shower was open air in the whole bathroom so the floor remained wet which wasn’t great. There’s also not an elevator so if you’re unable to walk many stairs then request ground/low floor room.

Smiling staff, comfortable pool, close to the Old Market - a very good hotel! The TV in the room was broken, and the room on the 5th floor without elevator was a pain.

Das Central Indochine D'Angkor Hotel war DIE Überraschung auf unserem Rucksacktrip durch Kambodscha! Und zwar im positiven Sinne. Um genug Zeit für die Erkundung von Angkor Wat etc. zu haben, hatten wir uns für drei Nächte (zu zwei drei Nächte für 86Dollar) im Central Indochine D'Angkor Hotel eingebucht. Als wir in Siem Reap aus unserem Bus stiegen, der uns von Phnom Penh hierher gebracht hatte, und ein Tuktuk zum Central Indochine D'Angkor Hotel nahmen, waren wir zunächst etwas verwundert. Denn das Tuktuk setzte uns in einer größeren "Hinterhof-Einfahrt" ab - und wir dachten: Wo ist das Hotel? Hier? Ja... Da war es. Hinter einer Mauer standen wir plötzlich Paradies. Vor uns öffnete sich ein hübscher Garten mit traumhaftem (!) Naturstein-Pool samt Bar, Liegen und Wasserfall. Total easy, relaxt und entspannt. Der Empfang im Hotel war geradezu herzlich, das Zimmer für unsere Verhältnisse super-luxuriös, sehr sauber und absolut ruhig. Am Morgen gab es ein reichhaltiges Frühstück vom Büffet - perfekt für den Start in den Tag. Wenn man dann abends von den durchaus anstrengenden Tempel-Touren zurückkommt, ist es eine wahre Labsal, den Rucksack ins Zimmer zu werfen und runter in den Pool zu gehen, ein kaltes Bier zu trinken und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Um danach irgendwo im Bereich der "Pub Street" etwas Essen zu gehen, braucht man kein Tuktuk oder Taxi. Spart euch das Geld! 15 Gehminuten vom Central Indochine D'Angkor Hotel ist man nämlich schon im "Sodom und Gomorrha" der "Pub Street" mit ihren unzähligen Bars, Kneipen, Essensständen und Läden. Wer's mag: Am Weg vom Hotel zur Pub Street kommt man am Hardrock Café Angkor vorbei. Fazit: Wer Angkor Wat, Ankor Thom, Bayon etc. besuchen will, ist im Central Indochine D'Angkor Hotel bestens aufgehoben. Heiße Empfehlung! Sofort wieder!

Booked on line as pictures looked great but more was to be revealed upon check in. Many stairs to the top floor not really a problem as I knew there was no lift but in the heat, expect some sweat. Our first room the air-conditioner was broken so they delivered a fan it just blew hot air around. The room temp was 30deg. Finally they moved us from the hot room. The place is tired and needs maintenance, the taps in the bathroom were broken and fell over when you used them. The toilet ran all night like a water feature. The place advertisered satellite TV, no TV at all, mini bar and fridge, no Fridge, lock boxes nope none of them either. We had hot water once over four days and you had to run around in the shower to get wet. I cleaned the filters of the airconditoner as they were clogged and it worked much better. The staff were very young and seemed unable to make deci3sions and deal with problems. The pictures advertised are deceptive. Now the good things, staff were friendly and attentive, the pool and surrounds were excellent including the swim up bar and barman who makes excellent cocktails. The restaurant was great and the food delicious its outside undercover so it was hot but that didn't matter. Great location ten minutes to pub street and other locations. Sorry for the negative but it needs to be honest for future guests.

The hotel was in a really central location in Siem Reap. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Some amenities were missing (safe, TV). I had booked a room with a balcony, which I didn't receive. If you book the sun rise tour, they will provide a breakfast box for you. They also helped to arrange a bike hire, so I explore the town alone, which was great. A good stay.

This hotel is tucked away in a nice quiet street. From the time you enter the place, you can begin to feel a very nice vibe. It is very tastefully done up with a lot of effort going into being eco friendly at every step. The rooms were very neat and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only one problem I faced was with the washbasin the bathroom- where the faucet was pointing sideways and just would not stay put pointing into the basin. A first for me :-)

Joli hôtel, belle déco, très bon accueil. Situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. L'extérieur est très agréable, avec une jolie piscine. Demander une chambre côté piscine, car l'arrière est très bruyant à cause d'un bar le soir tard. La wifi est insuffisante. Le restaurant est très correct aussi, mais je n'ai pas essayé le petit déjeuner.

The hotel was very well situated. It was a 10 minute walk from the centre of Siem Reap.There was plenty of reasonably priced restaurants offering a wide range of foods from Italian to traditional Cambodian. The bars all did a happy hour,some lasting all day!! The night market was also very good offering an assortment of street foods. There were several well stocked supermarkets with in easy reach, .plus several pharmacies.The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was a bit dated but perfectly adequate. The beds were really comfortable and towels and water were replenished every day.

Good service at an affordable price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice little hideout from the busy city. Close to everything. Breakfast was good too. Easy to rent bike and scooters and they helped booking the bus for our next stop in Cambodia. Rooms are big, but the bed was hard. Fridge and aircondition. Pool was fine too and nice area around it.

The hotel was run down the aircon was about a powerful as a table fan. They did try to sort it out but couldn’t. So I checked out and moved. To another hotel. My option. It need a full renovation. And some decent aircon

Excellent séjour dans un cadre très agréable avec une piscine bienvenue après les longues heures de visite. Bien situé, l'hotel est très bien entretenu avec un personnel sympathique et attentionné. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses. Rien à redire du petit déjeuner varié. Notre camp de base à chaque fois que nous séjournons à Siem Reap, nous recommandons donc vivement.

The pool and pool bar was perfect after a long day of touring temples. My family Loved the pool bar! The breakfast and dinner options were really good. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. Can NOT beat the price.
