A beautiful, quaint hotel located away from the major bustle of the city yet still close enough to walk to Pub Street ~10mins or a 2usd tuktuk ride. The pool is the center feature of the courtyard. Plants and flowers line the perimeter with all the rooms overlooking. The hotel only has 16 suites so it's guaranteed not to be crowded. The staff are so friendly and always happy to help. It has its own restaurant also overlooking the pool and serves Asian and Western cuisine. The dishes are well portioned and tasty with reasonable prices. The only downside one might have is the building is 4 storeys with no elevator and is not wheelchair accessible.

A decent and affordable hotel in SR. Just a few minutes drive to Pub Street, and you can even walk there. Hotel rooms are a bit old but big and decent. There's a medium-sized swimming pool in the middle. Hotel restaurant is not bad too. Overall rating for me 3.5/5.

Absolute fantastic hotel, rooms are immaculate, modern, clean and top class. Great swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Definitely would stay there again.

This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. I was not too happy with the breakfast. There was a limited selection. It was not buffet style. We ordered off of a breakfast menu and there were a simple selection of fruit. The coffee could have been better! I had to request my room to be cleaned daily, as it would get to 14.00 and no one would come up to clean it until I asked them. Not sure why! It was an okay stay, good location, walking distance to Pub street.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was very good and supplied us with energy for the day.

The price is good for it’s location, a bit far from the night market but the room is clean, the bed is big and comfortable. If I have a chance to come back to Siem Reap, I’ll stay again in this hotel.

Air-conditioning was barely working. Not so much for support.

Good service and clean

The staff's service was good and the breakfast was delicious. For breakfast, I chose the main course, and the bread, fruits, and drinks were all delicious in a buffet style. The room was spacious and I had a relaxing time. It was very nice with a resort hotel-like atmosphere. On the way back, they gave me a free tuk-tuk ride to the airport bus stop, which was helpful. Arranging laundry and massages was no problem, and most of the staff seemed to speak good English. The towels, sheets, and gowns were the same the next day unless I mentioned them, but when I asked for them, they gave me new ones, but the new towels I got had stains on them. The body soap in the bathroom was broken, and some areas were not properly cleaned. But overall, I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again.

The breakfast was not delicious, it was the same every day. When I went out to build roads, there were lots of potholes. I made a reservation for a few days, but the itinerary was adjusted. I wanted to check out two days early, but the hotel refused. I asked the platform customer service to negotiate several times, but it still didn't work. The location and decoration are average, not worth the price.

Very clean hotel. The receptionist was very kind and provided good service. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Pub Street.
