We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and very attentive at all times. The breakfast offered a large variety of options and was delicious.

We just completed our stay at Lotus Blanc Resort and had a wonderful time. The service level is exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive towards our children, making us feel very welcome.
The only minor issue was the lack of clarity regarding the dining discount for guests. We only discovered at checkout that the discount could only be applied once, rather than throughout the entire stay. It would be helpful if this policy could be explained more clearly upon arrival to avoid any misunderstanding.
Despite this, it is a highly recommended resort and we truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a 3-day stay in Lotus Blanc Hotel. It was one of our best hotel stays ever. We loved the room, the pool, the amazing breakfast… but the staff there was what we loved the most. People working there are soo kind and polite. Love them and love Cambodia

Lotus Blanc is a fantastic hotel for anyone wishing to stay in Siem Reap. The service is top notch and the hospitality was great. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was as perfect as could be.
The pool was nice, rooms large and spacious, food both for breakfast and at the restaurant was superb.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a base to explore Siem Reap and the surroundings.

Facilities: Quite new, the hotel seems to have been renovated.
Service: Excellent! Since we wanted to see the sunrise, the hotel even prepared breakfast for us to take on the go. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic.

I was blown away by the service at the Lotus Blanc Resort. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels in my life & this is easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at (tops some Four Seasons & Ritz Carlton’s.) The staff was so friendly & assisted us with anything we needed.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! The breakfast buffet included in our room price was also delicious.

Place was up scale. Food was awesome but cocktails were disappointing. Pool and pool side was relaxing.
