The staff were wonderful. The welcome drink was delicious. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything was tasty. The room was clean and cute. The shower pressure and drainage were fine. However, the shower lever came off, but it worked after I plugged it back in. I asked the front desk to repair it the next morning, but they couldn't fix it.

The building isn't brand new, but it was clean, the service was great, and I had a comfortable stay. Just a heads-up, the amenities include shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner or hair treatment. There's a supermarket right next door that has everything you need!

Excellent stay! The service was outstanding—staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options, making every morning enjoyable. The hotel also offers a beautiful view, and the swimming pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. We had a fantastic time here. We got upgraded to a family room. Everything was clean. The gym was out of service when I was there so they sent me in a tuktuk to their sister hotel. There is a grocery store beside the hotel though it is a bit pricey.

Had a great stay at Memoire Siem Reap Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They also helped us book both the Small Tour and Grand Tour for Angkor Wat, which made our trip much easier.

Pictures don't match the reality. Furniture is old but all facilities are clean. Breakfast option doesn't offer variety of food which could a bit boring if you stay more than 5 days and repetition is unavoidable.

Nice Stay – Good for all type of traveler Clean room and friendly service.Location is great—2 km from Pub Street (Tuk Tuk is 1$) and just 1 minute to a supermarket. Big pool, but water was cold. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Price is reasonable. Recommended for families!
