I think this hotel is the most cost-effective hotel in this trip. The overall environment is great, with a special style. The swimming pool is very clean. The hotel garden is also beautiful. There are two yards at the front and back. The area is about twice the size of an ordinary B&B in Dali. I live in one of the two-story buildings. The environment is quiet and quiet, and the birdsong is beautiful. The owner's name is Fred, and he has a gray and white cat. He took all the photos hanging in the guest rooms and lobby. The boss and store staff are very friendly and will not actively disturb you, but are always there when needed.
The breakfast is very rich. My favorite is the noodle soup. It looks ordinary but tastes good. The jams provided for breakfast are also very unique, with a total of 6 flavors and a large portion. The fruit is also very good and the portion is just right.

Wonderful place. It may not be cheap, but it's really great. Thanks a lot. I forgot to ask the hotel for a transfer. I remembered when we boarded the plane. I wrote and the guys were able to meet us. We were very surprised that we did not fly to the airport next to the hotel, but to the airport with the same name, a new one, an hour away! The prices are transparent, everyone is very nice and friendly.

Wonderful place, feels like to be at home...but with all the benefits of a hotel : extra friendly staff, always helpful to help to book anything. Meals are available all day long which is perfect when you come back from visit at any time of the day, and everything is really good. Menu offers Cambodian and western cuisine. Rooms are very nice, well thought, and comfortable. The garden is really appreciable with the swimming pool being a good way to cool down after a hot day ! Our little girl felt like at home, so did we. Highly recommended for families and people who want to be a bit out of town.

Had a long weekend with the family (18 of us) and it was absolutely superb. Fred, our brilliant host, was so accommodating organising trips to the temples and other activities, even with our plans changing every 5 minutes. Nothing was a problem. The food was great, and staff were super friendly and highly competent. The accommodation was lovely and had a very relaxed atmosphere. The pools were glorious. Location was great being so close to the airport and the availability of transport put on by the hotel, either via Tuktuk of bus, was so simple and convenient. We also made use of the bicycles which was great fun. All in all, an absolute triumph.

Just came back from a long weekend at Fred's villa and can't recommend it more! The food was incredible and the staff couldn't be more helpful (and patient!). We took over the whole resort as a family group which worked perfectly - the main pool was the central hanging area but you had the option of using the villa pool as well. The staff were incredible with all the kids and Fred is a fab host. He helped arrange a sunrise trip to the temples and a elephant trip, both which we really enjoyed. What a wonderful weekend - we can't wait to return!

We loved our time at La Palmeraie. We stayed in the private villa with another family (4 adults and 4 children) over Christmas and it couldn't have been better. Loads of space, beautiful garden, comfortably furnished, fully equipped kitchen and lacking for nothing. Freshly cooked breakfast and regular cleaning (including washing dishes for us multiple times a day). Fred and his team go above and beyond and could not have been more helpful. We had the best of both worlds - all the privacy and comfort of a villa stay with all the perks of hotel access. Highly recommended!

Very quiet and peaceful location away from the center of town. If you want to relax and contemplate the wonders of the ancient temples you have visited or plan to visit - this is a perfect setting.
