Pleasant and clean room. Attractive and comfortable outdoor swimming pool. Nice game room. Tasty restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Definitely to come back

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding zat goed , het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, alleen was het zeer koud op de badkamer en slaapkamer op de regendagen . Ik heb dan gevraagd om de verwarming te kunnen opzetten maar dat ging niet.Wel hebben ze na twee dagen een elektrisch vuurtje komen zetten dat bijna een half uur nodig had om warmte te geven op de badkamer, de slaapkamer kon je er niet mee verwarmen.Het ontbijt was in orde, voldoende keuze ,alleen miste ik wel een verse  pistolet .

Stayed at this hotel in Crans Montana for the Omega Masters golf tournament. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food, spa closed, but heated outdoor pool open. Went hiking in the mountain and visited Zermatt and Matterhorn Express. Great

A huge thank you to the team at Valaisia for making our trip an unforgettable one! I booked the trip for my partners 30th birthday to ski and also for weekend one of the Caprices festival. The hotel was beautifully clean, location was spot on and the team were just fantastic! Nothing was too much to ask, they were attentive to all of our needs and were always contactable. The rooms are amazingly decorated, spacious and the views were incredible. The team also placed a bottle of champagne and a chocolate cake for my partner which made for the nicest touch. We will definitely recommend the hotel and will absolutely be back! Thanks again!

Very conveniently located hotel, fully renovated, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, with two pools. Very nice and accommodating staff.

The holiday was organised by our kids and we enjoyed every second. We arrived and first morning breakfast we had a bad experience. Fortunately Christina appeared a few days later and it all changed, the food was plentiful and we were welcomed and weren't told to be out by 10am. Otherwise all was good. Front office team excellent as was room staff.

Before the camp, just to look this area during summer. It’s good time for hiking or mountain bike riding! Very fresh air and comfortable temperature.

Hello, We have no complaints about the service at the hotel, the staff was extremely professional and friendly. What bothered me was the following; we booked an overnight stay at that hotel exclusively for the spa area and pool, however, the opening hours of the pool and spa area were not stated anywhere on the booking, meaning that since we arrived around 7:30 pm, the pool was closed as was the spa area, since we had to travel the next morning we did not have time to swim or use the spa area since it opens at 9 am.. I think it is really disappointing for the price of the night not to be able to use the facilities.. if we had known that, we would not have booked and paid for the room but would have taken another hotel.. I would prefer to ask for a refund in some amount money.
