This was a lovely clean peaceful hotel in the heart of Sierre, Switzerland. Very friendly host and easy parking underneath the hotel. Comfortable rooms, everything worked and they paid attention to your comfort. Would highly recommend a stay here in this very pretty large valley.

The location is unbeatable, the room are cozy and the beds are confortable! The hotel has a restaurant that offers diferent menu every day, the food is delicious! The peoole who work in the hotel are very friendly and attentive, i will come back here whenever i come to this area!

Wonderful, we recommend it 100%. As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us so warmly, Juan and Jesús, the owners, are excellent and their dog Kichi is beautiful ♥️ We loved the breakfast and the rooms were great, very clean and quiet, we had a great rest. We will surely repeat it again.

As ski mountaineers, we used the hotel to extend a trip in the Valais and were satisfied. The hotel was very reasonably priced and with discounts even cheaper than some mountain huts. The interior is showing its age, which is to be expected in this price range, but it is clean. The street is quiet, sleep is restful. Staff friendly and courteous. Breakfast: OK. There is better cheese in the Valais than Babybel

A nice weekend... fantastic renovated room... large, spacious and very pretty.... As for the restaurant, a nice meal... entrecot coffee if Paris... really top.... The hotel is in well placed center 2 steps from the station and the cable car to crans in front

Top hotel and room and the extraordinary team in the center of Sierre! The restaurant is worth the detour. Room service possible. I strongly advise you to go there with your brothers at their best! Close to the CFF and Funi station to go towards Crans Montana

For 15 years it was the hotel we went to every time we were in Sierre. Well that won't be the case anymore. Despite its ideal location in the city center and its renovated rooms, our disappointment was immense. We had booked for two nights and I asked for a larger cushion or other option for a second one, as the one offered was the size of a postage stamp. So when we returned after our evening, not only was there not another cushion, but the room had not been made at all. The next morning, which happened to be a Sunday, my husband found himself in front of a closed door, restaurant closed, so no breakfast. It would have been wise to have informed us of this when we checked in. The icing on the cake is that the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. In the cupboard we found a very dry loaf of bread surrounded by its procession of dust. When we left, we made the decision to never return there again. There are other hoteliers in this city for whom this profession is a passion.

Stay in a beautiful room, large and clean… a parking space under the hotel with elevator access from the parking lot to the reception and also to the room. Decent breakfast with everything you need. The meal at the restaurant was a delight with professional and very friendly service. I recommend it because it is the best located hotel in Sierre. (CFF train station and funicular 2 minutes away) Top… thank you..

We had an unforgettable stay, the owners are very friendly, close to all the funicular facilities right next door to access Crans Montana, the spacious and renovated rooms, I highly recommend it See you soon!!!

Excellent welcome! People are available and very friendly! Top food! In the city center with all public transport nearby including the funicular to Crans Montana station, what could be better? I highly recommend! Great 👌😄

We had a very good stay at the Casino Hotel in Sierre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and we ate well at the restaurant with a varied cuisine. A big thank you especially to Juan and Miguel for their welcome. We will come back to stay at the hotel.
