We booked a 5-night stay from December 20 to December 25, but we were forced to leave after just one night due to an extremely unpleasant experience. The owner, Mr. Jankari, was very rude and unprofessional. He shouted at us because our daughter, who is 7 years old, stepped outside the room for about five minutes around 9:00 PM and spoke a little loudly. We were also told that talking between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM is strictly forbidden, which felt unreasonable—especially for a family with a child. The photos shown online do not reflect the reality of the place at all. There is no proper maintenance outside the rooms, and the surroundings look dirty and neglected. The room itself is very small and lacks basic amenities—there is no TV and no refrigerator. The location is also very remote. We had to rely on tuk-tuks just to go out for lunch, which was inconvenient and added extra cost. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Please avoid staying here, as it can completely ruin your holiday like it did ours.
