I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend thus hotel and will come back again.

Location are nice but one thing not good is I saw black water flow to the sea , it’s so bad . Guest can’t swim or play on the beach , bad smell . In bathroom no cotton . Air-con alittle bit can’t change. The price is high but amenities in room are less. Thanks !

We had a wonderful experience at Novotel Sihanoukville. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, and very comfortable. The service from the staff was outstanding ,everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. We were also very impressed with the food. The meals were delicious, with a great variety of choices and high quality ingredients. Overall, our stay was truly enjoyable and relaxing. We greatly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the team. We would definitely recommend Novotel Sihanoukville to our friends and colleagues and look forward to visiting again in the future.

The staff were very friendly. I stayed in the same room twice, and both times I had an issue with the door lock. The sea view from the breakfast area is lovely, but the food isn't really suited for Chinese tastes and is quite limited, especially for someone like me who stayed for a week.

The hotel's design is truly bizarre. There's a giant hooded lamp hanging so low in the room that I kept bumping my head on it. On the bright side, it has a private beach with a nice view. However, the pool water is salty and quite dirty. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend it.
