It very nice hotel near in the middle of the city . Recommend for who find a cheap hotel and clean in Sihanouk

**AVOID THIS PLACE!** WE FOUND BED BUGS! When we got downstairs to ask to change rooms the girl at the front desk said it was full and proceeded to walk away from me. So we booked another hotel near by and went back to the girl to say we want a refund and we wont be staying here. Out of nowhere she said there were rooms available. She lied and cost us more money when we would have just moved rooms like we originally asked for. The refund was massively rejected. Worst part about it all was that we got no apology. She didn’t care, she lied and was too lazy to get another room ready for us. We also got laughed at multiple times! We have traveled for 5 months across all south east Asia and this is by far the worst customer service we’ve ever come across! To add to everything else, the hotel smells so bad of cigarettes as they allow smoking inside. The showers are cold. There is dust everywhere and all the walls are covered in dirt. We have stayed in some pretty rough places but this was the lowest we’ve ever come across. Avoid at all cost!

Nice little hotel, friendly staff. Great coffee, tea, and snacks! Good WiFi speed. Cute dog 'Suzie'. Waterfall about 40 mins away is fantastic!

It’s so clean and the team service was friendly and they can talk English good and they have a beautiful dog there
