This hotel is located in the ideal location right next to the sea , but the room was not clean and smelly

Good service, good security system. The room is big and clean but it’s lack of Television and refrigerator. One more thing, there’re no event coffee and tea free like others hotel. Furthermore, the morning buffet is a very simple Chinese food .

The location is very good but the cigarettes smell in the room is very bad.

The hotel, like the back ones, is not bad itself. Good location, swimming pool 50 meters. Elevators are fresh. Designer finish. Excellent bathroom. The rooms with sea view are very nice to look out the window. Only the window will be dirty, like all windows)) the maintenance team does not understand that having paid for the view, you should not look at it through dirty windows. I asked to wash the windows, they were wiped with a floor cloth to the level of a person’s height, raise your hand up, take a mop, the cleaner was not able to use a window cleaner. But windows are small things. Everything in the room is dirty. During the week we have been managing cleaning weekly, the cleaning staff themselves simply will not come unless you call them. And if you do not show where to wash, they will not wash. What cleaning does: they open the room, you can see from the cameras that they have entered, and then they sit and surf on YouTube. Then for 5 minutes they wipe the floor with a dirty rag and leave. Worse cleaning I have ever seen. You can forget about breakfast, I was there once and didn’t go anymore, I used delivery. Therefore, feel free to add $ 15 for breakfast to the cost of the room. No tea, no coffee, just spicy noodles, boiled eggs and water. Dirty tables. There is mold in the rooms, it looks like the windows leak during the rainy season. And it smells a little. There is no store nearby. Restaurants can only be used by those listed on TripAdvisor. It's better to use delivery. The receptionist hardly speaks English. The best thing owner of this hotel can do to save his business- totally fire service team
