The pros: The room is like an apartment, it has everything including a kitchen and a washing machine, which is great. However, the view of the neighboring hotel just 4 meters away isn't ideal. On the other side, there's a quarry with water and trash, so I recommend getting a sea view. There's a pool on the roof, but nothing else. It's very windy up there, and the pool water is green, which is definitely a negative. Downstairs, there are two shops nearby, but they don't have much selection. There's no restaurant or cafe, and no motorbike rentals, but there are car rentals and responsive staff who will always call a tuk-tuk or taxi for you. I'd suggest the management update the decor a bit, take better care of the pool, add wind screens, maybe a small cafe on the roof, and offer motorbike rentals 👍, as there's nothing else nearby… just a suggestion though… The price was good at 1100 rubles per night 👍

this hotel doesn’t look like the pictures, it doesn’t look clean and it smells really bad. When I checked in into my room, I had to turn on the electricity (***?), I could hear steps and the toilet was dirty. I think that it takes 3 minutes to check the room before letting a customer in, and it’s your job to do it. At that point, seeing the surroundings, I just had to check out right away. it’s a big NO for me, especially because it’s disrespectful towards a traveler who’s coming from so far away and wants to appreciate the city, maybe rest after so many hours otraveling.

Only spent a night. Upmonntjebgill overlooking the small city. I had a full bachelor suite with fridge and all the basics of a much longer stay. No cooking wear but I bet it’s brought into room if asked for on a longer stay The things I cared about I was happy with. Water pressure was good temperature controlled. Bed was the regional foam mattress that is common here and I’m not small, it was soft enough. Nice.

On top of a hill - which gives a nice view but in the neglected area with full of garbage along the street and many stray dogs.  Not even safe to walk Bathroom had foul smell form plumbing, which could be felt from the room  Swimming pool is too small and dirty to swim Stuff are all nice and polite

AVOID!!! Crap location and smelly rooms. Building isn't maintened. The worst part was they tried to charge me for having to use my towel as a bath mat because the shower flooded. They said the towel now had marks on it (yes because the floors weren't clean) I had to use something on the floor to avoid slipping etc. again AVOID this scam of a s#it hole
