過年回來一趟，選了一家看起來不錯的酒店，可一進門，前台服務人員拉着臉，跟她講話愛搭不理的。本來訂的有兩份早餐的，因為帶的孩子比較大了，所以問能不能送我們一份，結果前台直接甩臉，説不能送，讓花錢買。進房門一看，更是不舒服，兩張那麼小的床，跟外網圖片差距不是一點點，房間也小。要不是一路開車太累了，肯定不住。空調效果不好，夜裡直接凍醒。希望大家選酒店都注意一點吧！

一塌糊塗n前年住過一次，覺得還不錯，這次訪親就又定了，價格高於大部分酒店、服務卻差的不行！ 400的房間不含早餐，礦泉水最多四瓶，請問你用的就是普通的農夫山泉而已，值多少錢？洗澡洗到一半沒有熱水了、花灑水小的可憐呀！ 真的很不推薦！床品也不舒服，第二天隨便定了一天的全季都比這家有保障一點，不推薦不推薦！

開元酒店之前在不同城市住過，還專門組織單位人員團建住過，總的來説很滿意，這次住過2晚感受如下。泗洪開元酒店總的來説硬件可以，房間沒有異味，不過服務基本沒有，很少看到服務人員，這麼多個房間可能也衹有前台幾為服務人員。住到東樓晚上大廳是黑的，沒有任何人員指引，大廳的茶水桶要麼空的要麼冷的。接待人員禮儀和電話用語都要培訓。無論和開元其他城市酒店比還是和這次宿遷市區恆峯燈其他酒店比差距大！假期漲價也可以理解，幅度要和服務關聯↑。不能衹漲價服務跟不上。
