The reception is very friendly. The room is spacious and clean. They only provided housekeeping when required, this is because most of the guests are with important valuables. Super strategic location with just a few minutes walk to Tian Guang Xu and surrounding with eateries from day to night time. Indeed there are many Jade polishing shops at same street and you can hear the noises in morning. As my room is at high floor so it was not a concern to me at all. Will definitely come back again

The experience of staying here is even better. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. The parking is convenient and fast. The measures in the room are good. The bed is comfortable and comfortable. The service is very good. There is a buffet in the morning. There are many varieties of noodles and porridge and it is made now. It is worth living next time. Location was great. Was a good access for mall , walks and food. Room is clean and kinda spacy. Love the atour vibe and design of the room. Service of reception was ok. They tried to be helpful and response prompt. Appreciate all the effort here. Facility impresses me with the usage of laundry room. Theres even card for laundry where it can be done by staff and sent to room. Loved having services like this and i truly value them in my hotel selection. Breakfast was decent, the variety however was a little less. Hopefully this could be something to improved. As a foreigner i am not so use to the china morning dishes. Would hope for more options in the future. Well it was still a great experience in overall here and definitely will be back again !!

I highly recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony. My family booked a double room, and we could enjoy the night view from the balcony at night. It was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were of excellent quality and really useful. The attention to detail was so great! A light breakfast was even delivered to the room in the morning, which was very convenient. I give it a thumbs up. I was very satisfied with my stay!

This is my third stay. The rooms in this hotel are warm and elegant, and the Morandi color scheme is harmonious and comfortable. The bathroom has hot water in seconds and plenty of water, which provides an excellent bathing experience. The front desk lady is beautiful and the service is considerate, with both beauty and professionalism. The overall stay experience exceeded expectations and is worth recommending!

The room was clean and tidy, with no odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The quality of the toiletries was also better than expected. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and the service, environment, and hygiene were very clean and tidy.

Spacious room with good hygiene. We were worried about smoke smell in the room but thankfully the room has no smoke smell and cleanliness is good. The check in took a little bit longer, about half hour.

Excellent location next to Tian Guang Xu. The room amenities and cleanliness are meeting expectations. Very quiet and no noises. The only con is that it is within a Jade mall, hence, only one entrance in late night when those stalls are closed.
