From the front desk to housekeeping & the restaurant team, everyone is kind, professional, and caring. I always feel safe & comfortable here, even when I stay alone. Truly one of my favorite places.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your property, and I wanted to share some feedback to help enhance the guest experience. The breakfast was excellent and lived up to expectations—delicious and well-prepared. However, the room and welcome did not quite match the standards of a 5-star hotel. The interior and amenities fell short of what was described in the booking details, which was disappointing. I kindly suggest that management address these areas to ensure consistency. I hope future stays will be even better and fully align with your renowned 5-star reputation. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to returning once improvements are in place.

Everything was wonderful, we ended our stay with a foot message which was at the spa and simply amazing. Highly reccomended

It's overall good hotel, more like bussiness class. Food is average not that great, may be good for non vegetarian but vegetarian options are not that interesting & have to compromise on the taste also, Very expensive. Not worth paying.

Our overall stay was pleasant, the staffs were very generous. Only the breakfast had limited options.
