Spacious property, but dining could be improved. I really enjoyed the layout of this property; it’s incredibly spacious and comfortable. While the location is convenient—situated right near a large shopping mall—the on-site food options were quite limited and the quality was average at best.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST -specifically TO FOREIGNERS. THIS IS MY FIRST WORSE REVIEW EVER AND I WONT HESITATE Do not believe the RATING! After trying to cancel the booking 30mins to 1 hour after making the booking knowing an honest reviews from family and friends I decided to cancel my bookings as I did not want to risk my family safety and the necessities needed for my elderly grandma (96). I kindly requested to cancel the booking via for email and than call yet they declined This is total shaming and a scam I did not cancel last minute nor hours after it was literally within an 1/2 hour. I mistook my mother choosing this when in-fact meant Marriot hotel. And I did end up booking that hotel as it had all the necessity that my families needed. When I called them firstly they would ignore my calls and than always longing the time out when I instantly wanted to cancel. They took the payment and refunded me for one booking knowing I wanted to instant cancel my bookings. This is a total scam and dishonest and poor service and management. I clearly DO NOT RECOMMEND AND AVOID AT ALL COST ESPECIALLY AT FOREIGNER BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED. AND FOR YOUR INFO I BOOKED AND STAYED AT MARRIOT WHICH IS HUGE PAR IN EVERY ANGLE TO THIS.

Amenities and services are too great

Hotel is a very old property,As seen as Trip.com photos,not same, Furniture are old, Bathroom also very congested.Overall a medium quality Hotel at this price,not satisfied.

Hospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.

The service and location of the hotel was spot on. Cleanliness and amenities are not bad but there is room for improvement.

I recently stayed at Royal Sarovar Portico, Siliguri, and overall had a very pleasant experience. A special mention goes to the restaurant team, especially Smriti, Kanchan, and Sadna, who were truly outstanding. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made a significant difference to my stay. The service provided by them was top-notch, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Their professionalism and warm approach deserve appreciation. The hotel offers a comfortable stay, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members I interacted with were courteous and helpful throughout my visit. There are a few areas where the hotel can further enhance the guest experience: * Room freshness and odor control can be improved. * Pillow cover cleanliness could be given more attention. * Mattress quality may benefit from an upgrade for better sleeping comfort. * Some old stain marks visible in room corners and certain areas of the property could be addressed as part of routine maintenance. These are relatively minor observations and did not significantly impact my overall experience. With attention to these aspects, the hotel can further elevate its standards. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would like to thank the team, especially Smriti, Kanchan, and Sadna, for their exceptional service and hospitality. I look forward to visiting again.
