Villa Dallavalle Inn

Great traditional vintage hotel in charter with Silverton. Enjoyed the hot tub as bones. The host was excellent in every way.

We were greeted at the door of the 1901 establishment. Quaint home feeling and great vibe. Stepping back into the early 19th century. We were allowed to bring our dogs. The rooms are small as one would expect for the era clean well-maintained. Robes to be used hanging in the washroom facilities for the hot tub and sauna. Definitely will be returning.

The main reason we decided on this hotel was because it said that breakfast was included. We were told when we got there that they were no longer serving breakfast and that they’ve been working with ******* to have that option removed but we were not offered a refund for the price of the breakfast. That was disappointing.

Cute historic hotel on Blair street. Walking distance to everything. Very knowledgeable staff upon checking in. Bed was comfortable. We stayed in room #5 and it had a great view. Only reason was 4/5 stars was I couldn’t sleep well as the room was hot. Ceiling fan was going. Window was open, but it’s fixed on how much it can be opened. So room only got down to 74. Which is too warm for me. My husband slept fine however. So it’s a personal preference!

Unique hotel, staff were exceptional.

We had the greatest time at Nancy Swanson’s incredible B and B! The perfect location for exploring Silverton! The sauna and hot tub at night under the stars were tremendously relaxing. Breakfast was delicious! We can’t wait to go back soon!

The Villa is a very quiet stay walkable to all of town. It however was not our cup of tea, as it was cluttered and very very dated. The rooms were small and warm. We appreciated the hot tub, the robes and the ease to get to amenities via walking. Nancy was friendly and appeared to love hosting guest.

Hotel.com.sucks ********** screwed me and couldn't care less. I drove from Denver to Silverton which is not a short drive and as I was getting close to Silverton, the hotel called me to say they didn't have a room for me. The customer service from ********** was atrocious and disrespectful. I'll never use ********** again. They offered to put me up on a room in Telluride. Telluride might be close to Silverton but only if you want to drive on a sketchy 4wd road. Otherwise it's a 2 hour drive and nowhere near I needed to be. The customer service rep did not care about this inconvenience and acted like they were doing me a favor. It was a joke. I was on the phone with them over 2 hours constantly being put on hold. Could hardly even understand the lady. I was obviously upset which caused her to just keep laughing at me and arguing with me. She said " I'll refund your money or take the room in Telluride. Those are your only two options" They didn't offer anything else for my inconvenience. Terrible experience dealing ********** and ruining my trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are so friendly and very accommodating. Nancy will make sure you have everything you need and her breakfast is amazing. The place is beautiful, authentic and well kept. We got a great nights sleep too. It was nice to be in walking distance to everything but not in the middle of it. We will make this an annual trip it was so nice
