Oh wow this is one of the best hotels in our life and in south africa. Excellent big rooms. Breakfast with a view of the penguins and the sea. Has direct access to the penguins. Great staff. We loved it!!

Incredible hotel. The view is to die for, the beautiful ocean and of course the penguins. The staff think of everything, food fabulous, all of them can’t do enough for you. We had a sea view room with a huge balcony which led to the pool area. Bedroom was a suite and had all the home luxuries. Cannot wait to return.

Short stay to see the penguins. Great view and access to boardwalk. We saw baby penguins right outside the gate. Staff very friendly and food is lovely. Hotel is very cosy and homely. Pool is slightly cool but great views. Room was very large but the bathroom was open plan.

I took my wife for a 2-night stay for her birthday and Tintswalo did not disappoint. The staff are so friendly, the food was top notch, the rooms are stunning, the massage was relaxing, the pool temp was perfection. They even made her a birthday cake!! It's a 5-star experience, without 5-star pretentiousness. Everyone is genuinely lovely. Shoutout to Nur for reading my mind for the morning coffee order. Kristi, you're also an absolute gem. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay with Tintswalo, and once again the service, food, and comfort were exceptional. The location is perfect for visiting the penguins, with a private gate offering direct access to the viewing area, which made the experience even more special. We highly recommend the prix fixe dinner; the chef is truly outstanding. Kirsty, the property manager, is the warmest and most gracious host. We absolutely love the Tintswalo group, they continue to exceed expectations.

If you’re hesitating booking for any reason just go ahead and do it! The location, service, staff, food are all excellent. We stayed in the Water Witch which has a few of the beach below and the view is stunning. The suite is large and comfortable and it has direct access to the pool.The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I’m dreaming about coming back!

This was an amazing experience, close to not only the penguins, but all the animals in this area. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
