The room with the mountain view is in an annex, not the main building. The walls are paper-thin, and the windows are old, not double-glazed, offering no sound insulation. You can hear absolutely everything from the street – people talking, cars driving loudly. It's very uncomfortable; you won't be able to get a good night's sleep in this room. The room itself is uninviting, but clean. Breakfast is downstairs in the restaurant. You order a hot dish from the menu, and there's a small station with a continental breakfast. Parking is available.

We had a lovely 2 nights stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Not luxurious, but certainly very comfortable. The location is perfect, right next to the pier if you’re doing diving/boat trips. Right below are restaurants (including a Korean and Chinese one) and a massage parlor. The harbor view from the window is amazing, just as the pictures show. There is also free parking (contrary to what Trip shows) just in front of the hotel. Baboons roam the place and there was one which walked right outside our window. Highly recommend staying here!

Hotel is centrally located with shops and shopping. It faces directly to the sea which is highly recommended to stay by the sea than mountain view. Just mins from boulder beach for penguins!!! Room was clean and good shower pressure. Thanks for the friendly service too!
