Overall, the room condition is acceptable, but there are several areas that could be improved. The soundproofing is poor, as noise from the corridor and passing guests can be clearly heard, especially at night. Additionally, light from the corridor seeps into the room when the lights are turned off, which affects sleep quality.
The TV streaming options are satisfactory, with access to platforms such as YouTube. However, the reception area is not well maintained, as there were quite a number of flies and the waiting sofa appeared unclean.
Most of the guests seem to be construction workers, and the surrounding area mainly consists of convenience stores like 99 Speedmart and Indian/Bangladeshi restaurants. While this may suit some travelers, it may not appeal to everyone.
There is no in-room dining service available, and the water heater appeared unclean, making it uncomfortable to use. I also noticed some insects in the room at night, which further affected my overall comfort.
In summary, the stay was manageable, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and soundproofing would significantly enhance the guest experience.
