Very convenient check in and check out process, all on mobile. Mary Shannen was very helpful, courteous and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole stay. Great service from Mary! Jamie was also super responsive, responding immediately to any concerns and questions I had. Their free luggage storage was great too, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Stunning river views right outside the door too. Would recommend if you like to do a bit of walking and enjoy nightlife

We had a really pleasant stay! Although the room is small (as expected from similar hotels in Singapore), but everything is locate perfectly so that the room actually doesn’t feel cramped. The only challenging part is that everything is digital (check in & check out are done through the mobile app, even the room key is handled inside the app).

‼️‼️‼️ Do not book if you don't have an international card!!! This is because the $200 deposit can only be charged from a card! Before checking in, you need to get a digital key from an app, which, by the way, doesn't work in Russia! When registering in this app, you have to provide your card details for the deposit to be charged! The hotel does not offer refunds for cancellations made for this reason! I tried to cancel myself and through a Trip.com agent, but it didn't work! About the hotel: The room was clean and everything was as described. There are washing and drying machines in the hallway on the floor. They brought me an iron and ironing board upon request.

Location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, including buses and the MRT station. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Although the room is slightly smaller, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Check-in is also super convenient and hassle-free. You can complete the entire process using your mobile phone, so there’s no need to worry about losing a physical key. The customer service team—Rome, Belle, and Divina—were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Rome, who clearly explained the entire check-in procedure to me and made sure I could check in smoothly without any issues. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

Unexpectedly good! Singapore is incredibly expensive, and I spent a long time choosing a hotel for this trip before finally settling on this one. This duplex loft, though small, has everything you need. It's the best value-for-money apartment I found. The subway entrance is just ten meters away. The apartment is clean and hygienic, and both levels have air conditioning. The second-floor window is a skylight, making the most of the space. It's awesome! When I booked, I saw not many people had chosen this place, so I was worried for a long time. But when I got to the room, I felt it was truly awesome! The best and most comfortable part was when my Mastercard temporarily had issues and I couldn't pay the deposit. After a brief chat, the owner agreed to cash payment and asked for my check-in and check-out times, then returned the deposit on the spot (this is a self-service apartment, so there's no front desk usually). When I arrived, a staff member was already waiting for me. Even though there was a language barrier, they patiently used translation software to teach me how to use the room card. It's so amazing, whether it's the service, the room, or the location, just go for it!!!

While reasonable overall, there are issues that need to addressed and other annoyances which impacted my stay. The room was too noisy. Was put on the ground floor (after requesting a quiet room) and throughout the day and night people coming and going closing the entrance door and talking loudly in the hallway. Right next to a phone call booth (with digital concierge) which is on loud speaker. The single room is too small, where you can't even properly pull out the chair from your desk because it is pushed against the bed. The amenities are a bit miserable. Yes, it's a single room, but there's a only 1 bath towel for the entire stay duration. Not even a spare. No toothbrush provided, when even hostels provide these for free. The hot water needs to be switched on in advance before shower, and even when you do, threes a burst of extremely hot water, which then cools rapidly and with a minute or two there's no hot water left at all. There is mold in the bathroom, as seen in pics. I have stayed at this property before in different rooms (which were good), but I don't think I'll be coming back, at the very least not to this room type that is for certain.

Booking platform: Trip.com . Advantages: complete facilities, clean and hygienic. The location is my most satisfying point. The bus station and subway station are nearby (100m– 600m). There are three food courts nearby, and there are many choices. Yaqi and Nanyang coffee are also very close to eating breakfast, and there are 711. You can also buy zebra cakes nearby. There are also many attractions, and it is very convenient to go to other attractions. It is very close to Merlion Park, Binhai Garden, and Clarke Quay, and the bus stops are just a few stops away. Disadvantages: It is a bit cumbersome to use the apartment's own app check in for people who have never used it. The 28-inch box in the bedroom aisle cannot be tiled. The TV cannot be watched locally, and the apple TV can be connected. Additional Feelings: 1. During the stay, the corridor caught up with the fire alarm twice, and after telling the staff, an employee named Marry immediately rushed to solve it. She looked like Lisa! ! ! 2. I saw the apartment introduction that there is a bar nearby, and it will be noisy at night. I live in 101, just at the door, but it is quite quiet at night. I originally brought earplugs and it seems that I can't use them. It may also be a lot of people who drink on weekend nights, but it does not affect the rest. 3. His customer service has WeChat. When checking in, you can scan and add it on the door. The reply is more timely and the communication is convenient.

Great stay in a compact studio with all amenities you may need for a home away from home, including professional and warm concierge service by Trish, Popo, Jean, Divina, the team behind HC on Arab. They took care of us from digital self check-in on the app upon arrival by guiding us via Whatsapp, email and intercom, dropped us a note every morning of the stay in case we need anything and took care of luggage storage/collection upon check-out. Loved the microwave in the mini kitchenette, Smart TV and free laundry facilities on each floor. A/C position was not ideal over the bed, but it was a minor issue. Yes, you need to have your (keep it charged) phone as a digital key to access your floor and unit, and you may need to coordinate arrival with the team, but we found it smooth enough, with help easily on hand. The studio's value for its location in beautiful historic Kampung Glam is unbeatable. Would have extended if there was availability beyond our initial booked dates!

My son and I stayed at Heritage Collection Boat Quay. I requested for a quieter room as my son has online classes. We were given a quiet room, so that was a relief. The location is very accessible to mrt, bus, the tourist attractions. Whenever I request for something, I get immediate reply from Jean and Shannen. Edmar is very friendly and would bring our request at designated times, too. Since we stayed long, the shared washing machine and dryer is a big help for us. Thanks for making our stay comfortable. We'll choose this again next time.
