Very low grade stay. There is no service. Poor hotel. Trip.com is fooling you with wrong hotel ratings and no service. Never recommend.

Very disappointing stay at Hotel 81. The room was dirty and it honestly felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or sanitized before we checked in. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the air-conditioning was not working properly, making the room stuffy and hard to rest in. For a hotel in Singapore, this was well below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here unless cleanliness and comfort are not a priority.

There was not enough space for the room there was no cabinet for the clothes to hang and there was a lot of cockroaches the mini one’s that coming out in the aircon they should have pesticides every now and then and in the amenities was no shampoo and conditioner available they dont even have bidet in the toilet and there was no toilet tissue they have just a mini one it’s using for mouth tissue and no slippers available it was so terrible and it was so pricey for the hotel room it’s not even worth it. And for the bed they don’t have a comforter they just have linen
