Great hotel and value for money! Descent location and highly recommended to stay especially if you intend to visit Sentosa, there are also a few bus stops nearby.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent. The location is convenient, and overall it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The location is great, very convenient for Universal Studios. There are also shopping malls and a bus stop nearby, so transportation is super easy. The price is very reasonable too. The only downside is the air conditioning can be a bit noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs.

Overall I feel the room and location are pretty good. Just that there isn’t much nearby shop to buy unless you are driving. Carpark is free l. The only thing to this, is that the check out timing is 11am. I mean… 11am I am still chilling lah!

Excellent service! Whenever there was an issue, the staff were quick to help and resolve it. Every staff member was friendly, chatty, and easy to communicate with. The room was clean and well-equipped.

room is very small with strong smoke smell, facility maintain is not very good, however the room is clean.

Everything was good except room was small. Great location. Good value for money

Counter staffs are helpful, I request late check out they extended to 12pm. Also I ask for extra pillow immediately arrange to send to room. Keep up the good service

Hotel staff are friendly. The room is clean and they provide tissue paper and minerals water, slippers and hair dryer. Power socket are limited. Overall a good place to stay. .

The facilities are outdated, and there's a strong musty smell. The stark white lighting gives off a spooky vibe. A lot of Indian guests stay here, and the smell of burning paper is very prominent, making it feel a bit like staying next to a crematorium. If you're a fan of bad luck, you might enjoy a few days here. There are lovely large cockroaches, air vents full of hair, and a front desk staff with a terrible attitude.
