Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore

I had a very satisfying stay here. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. If I couldn't understand English, they even proactively used their phones with translation apps to help, which was really considerate. Everyone can feel at ease staying here. Although my room wasn't ready when I checked in, I didn't have to wait long, and my luggage was even taken to the room beforehand. The breakfast was quite good too, though it was crowded and required queuing, probably because I visited during the National Day holiday. The overall hotel environment is nice. It's directly connected to a mall from Bugis MRT station, so you don't even have to go outside to get to the hotel.

The twin beds were large and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was great, with a lovely Nanyang (Southeast Asian) style. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, and they even provided complimentary snacks and chocolates! Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This stay far exceeded my expectations, and I simply have to recommend it! The hotel's location is excellent, right by the subway station with a vibrant commercial area and local eateries nearby. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. It offers a tranquil atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They were always patient and gentle, promptly responding to any requests. We even received a wonderful surprise upon check-in: a complimentary room upgrade to a larger, more elegant space. The limited two-person breakfast was also upgraded to a three-person meal, with a rich variety of delicious options. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped, showing great attention to detail from the hotel. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. From the convenience of its location to the exceptional service, everything was impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and genuinely recommend it to everyone!

This is a fantastic hotel with a unique charm, and its location is great too – you can even walk to the Merlion.

The room was clean and tidy. Downstairs, there's a food street, and it's also very convenient to get around by taxi. I really like the Nanyang-style architecture.

The hotel is located in Bugis, Singapore, right next to Bugis Junction shopping mall, with a direct access door connecting to the mall. The mall offers a wide variety of Singaporean and international cuisines. Below the hotel is Bugis MRT station, and bus stops are conveniently located on both sides of the hotel. It's incredibly easy to get to all the attractions in Singapore from here.
