I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet environment, which made for a great night’s sleep.
Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

It was amazing picture and really good breakfast. But the service is not really good. There is no European socket in rooms and adapters didn’t work. Bar was closed in its working hours. When we ordered serve in room some drinks was over.

Nice spacious room with balcony. Comfortable bed and service was great. Location is convenient, just few mins walk to nearby malls but not next to mrt station.

The front desk staff were amazing! They provided us with excellent service and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delightful, with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay at the Pan pacific hotel. The service staff are attentive and friendly.
It would be great if they could provide external delivery items to room.
The room is small in size but comfy. However, the water temperature was varying during the shower. Hopefully the team can look into this.

They have amazing service. They allowed us to check-in 3hrs ahead of the checkin time. Their amenities are amazing. Their gym is even open 24/7. Looking forward to booking their again
