You can check in and check out on your own, be self reliant. The bathrooms are good, they have towels, hair dryer, tissues, floss, and ear buds. Oh they have plenty of coffee and brew! And also a teas! Unli waters! They are very accommodating! Excellent for first time Traveller! Just bring your adaptor, they also sell adaptor if you forgot! They also have iron for clothes, a refrigerator for goods and a microwave! The place is near to Riverside, 20-30mins walk to Marina Bay - Garden by the bay! And train station like Clarke Quay and Raffles Place!

It was very noisy, with lots of night bars nearby. The air conditioner in room 314 was blowing too hard, so I had to cover it with a jacket.

It was a bit noisy downstairs, and the bathroom shower was an issue. It was visible from above and below, not sealed at all, and there was nowhere to put clothes. It was quite awkward as it was a mixed-gender facility. I didn't get good sleep for days.

Good location, the staff is very friendly, you could stay at the common area before your check in schedule and they also allow you to store your luggage before check in and even after check out. I also like that the lights at bedroom automatically turns off after 10pm The hostel is accessible to merlion, old hill street police station, fort canning and china town. If you're a light sleeper, make sure to bring ear plugs and noice canceling earphones. On my last night there, I can't sleep properly since two guests are snoring loudly. But I still enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend.

Staying here from 18th to 21st October. Overall good experience n the room is comfy. Just noticed that in Level 3 your hairdryer plug is lose. Please fix it for the conveniences of other travellers as well. Anyway will definitely choose to stay here again in next trip. Is convenient to find places to eat and move around.
