Ibis Singapore Novena

The room is quite clean, and the location is okay. However, the shower room is a bit small, and the room itself is smaller than expected.

I recently stayed at Ibis Novena and found the experience to be below expectations in several areas. Firstly, there is no porter or concierge service available. For a disabled guest, this makes the stay quite inconvenient, especially when handling luggage without assistance. While the exterior of the hotel looks modern and appealing, the drop-off point is very small and not well-designed, making arrivals and departures less convenient than expected. The room itself also needs improvement. The TV is outdated, small, and of poor quality—especially compared to other 3- or 4-star hotels where larger and more modern TVs are standard. Another issue is the corridor, which is not air-conditioned and can feel quite warm. Soundproofing is also lacking, as noise from people walking past the room can be heard very clearly, affecting comfort and rest. Overall, while the hotel has potential, improvements in accessibility, facilities, and overall comfort would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Hotel location is great and is near to many amenities. Rooms are clean and cosy . Totally enjoyed our stay .

Room is clean with queen bed. The shower room a bit small and may have difficulty for big size people to turn around. breakfast is just ok and normal hotel standard.

room a bit smaller than expected. location is alright. bit far from mrt station but there is bus network available. hotel is clean and the staff are nice.

Ibis Novena is located on the Balestier Road, where there are many restaurants located and the location is also very convenient to anywhere in Singapore. Strongly recommend this hotel to all the travellers who are looking for a value-for-money option with a perfect location :)
