I flew in for 4 nights and stayed in four different hotels. This hotel was the best. The rooms were excellent, and had everything except bathrobes. There's a great pool with massage jets – just press the 'on' button and enjoy the spa-like experience. It's very clean. The rooms are incredibly new and everything is superb. The front desk staff are also very good. If you can get a room at a reasonable price, book it immediately, don't hesitate. The location is very convenient. I walked through the Arab Quarter, the Indian Quarter, and saw Singaporean architecture on foot. The next day, I reached Marina Bay in an hour. This was the best stop and hotel. The location, the hotel itself, all had a fresh, new feel. All the other hotels simply don't compare to this one. I would have gladly stayed for my entire trip, but I had originally planned to visit different areas. In Singapore, it's more cost-effective to book hotels on a daily basis, because if you book for two nights, the price per night can more than double. That's why I only managed to get a night for $165; the following days were over $500. If you have the option to book daily from different apps, that would be a more economical way to book for several days.

Overall, it was okay. Hotels in Singapore are just that expensive. Although the room was still small – the aisle didn't even have enough space for two people to pass each other – for this price, being able to open two suitcases was acceptable. The overall comfort was decent, but they didn't provide bottled water, and the hotel stated that tap water was safe to drink. The bed was made of two single beds pushed together, which was wide enough but very short. My 178 cm husband's feet would hang off the end of the bed. I'm not sure if this is typical for Singaporean hotels. The double duvet was wide enough but also not long enough. I tend to roll up the duvet, which meant my feet would often be uncovered. So, I contacted the front desk for an extra duvet. Initially, the front desk refused, saying each room only gets one duvet. After explaining, the front desk agreed to try to find a solution. First, they brought a duvet cover. We requested again, and the employee said he would try to help further. He then brought a duvet that, when opened, had a lot of hair and many stains. Ultimately, the employee said that because housekeeping had already left, they couldn't help us. In the end, we received a clean sheet or duvet cover, I'm not sure which. While I wouldn't call it bad, I certainly didn't feel like this hotel was 4-star (perhaps thanks to a small pool on the rooftop). Next time I come to Singapore, I hope to save more money. If you're on a tight budget, it's probably better not to come.

Surprisingly, the staff wasn't very friendly. The receptionists didn't greet us or even look our way. The hotel's cafe has strange operating hours, from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. In other words, you might be able to grab lunch, but for dinner, you'll have to find another place. There's no early check-in or late check-out, not even for a fee, which is odd because our room was empty since morning, but we were only allowed to check in at 2:00 PM as scheduled... Overall, a very vague impression of our stay.

Clean hotel with comfortable bed and spacious balcony. The location is perfect. Close to the main sights and MRT stations. With plenty of restaurant options nearby. Pool was great after a long hot day

The decor is much newer than similarly priced hotels nearby; even the taxi driver commented on how new it was when I arrived late at night. It's very clean and comfortable. They informed us that they wouldn't clean the room daily, but they would empty the trash and change towels. If we needed a full room cleaning, we just had to let them know in advance. The staff were excellent; I called the front desk requesting two beds, and they quickly sorted it out for us. Transportation is very convenient, with a subway station and bus stops nearby. There's also a shopping mall near the subway station. There are 24-hour restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The soundproofing isn't the best, but that's common in many hotels. It didn't disturb our rest, we just occasionally heard people walking by outside the door.

Everything was great, I especially loved the beautiful rooftop view. However, breakfast was sparse and the tea was bitter.

Eco-friendly hotel with good amenities. They do not provide bottled water, which aligns with Singapore’s safe tap water. One drawback is poor soundproofing. Noise from adjacent rooms travels easily, likely due to thin partitioning. The swimming pool is spacious, but only two sun beds are available, which feels inadequate.

All great…. But I’m not understand one thing why can’t use SingPass to check in , in sg right now all everything is inside SingPass , I believe no one holding any card or holding the passport out right. So ytd we need to take grab back to take our passport den can check in cuz can’t refund.  Is waste time and waste more money for the 2 way grab.

My stay was a pleasant one, I really needed the rest and a break from chaos. One area for improvement would be the room mirror, which could have been cleaner, as well as the swimming pool, where the water appeared a bit murky. It’s definitely a bonus that Aqueen offers a pool, so maintaining its cleanliness would make the experience even better.

Red, I believe this location is quite suitable for ensuring the comfort of our staff. It offers a pleasant environment that can contribute to their overall well-being and productivity.
