The breakfast was excellent, highly recommended. The hotel is conveniently located next to Takashimaya and other shopping malls, making its location superb. The complimentary drinks and water were a nice bonus. The universal outlets meant I didn't need an adapter. On the downside, the facilities and cleanliness were lacking. The room had an odor, seemingly from a previous guest who ate kimchi. There was noticeable dust in the bathroom and room corners, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. The wooden floor wasn't mopped during my three-day stay, and stains remained.

The room was beautiful and clean, with complete and comfortable facilities. Even though it was an end room, it had natural light from two sides, and the bathroom also had natural light. The pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. All the staff were very friendly and patiently recommended their local favorite foods to us. I will definitely book here again next time.

The hotel is relatively new, and the room facilities are quite smart. The location is also excellent, making it convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The hotel rooms are spacious, and there's a welcome fruit platter. The mini-bar includes items like Coke, beer, and snacks, all covered by the room rate. The limited edition breakfast was of high quality; I appreciate this style – not focusing on quantity, but rather on quality.

Unexpectedly, the room was quite spacious for a hotel of its type in Singapore, with a modern design. The minibar was complimentary. Crucially, it's incredibly convenient, only a 2-3 minute walk to Orchard Road's shopping street. The rooftop infinity pool was one of our child's favorite activities. The gym was excellent, even having infrared lamps for stretching after a workout to aid faster recovery. The service was also very good and thoughtful; they remembered each person's name in our small group and greeted us by name, which was a very nice touch.

The hotel's location is great, the staff are very polite, and the breakfast was excellent. My daughter really enjoyed the infinity pool. I would book this hotel again next time I visit Singapore.

Booking this hotel was the best decision of our trip! The location is unbeatable, right opposite Paragon and steps away from Orchard Road. Breakfast is a semi-buffet, and every item was delicious, especially the laksa. The freshly baked croissant, one per person, was heavenly – I had to have one every day! The service was excellent, and the staff were all young and trendy. There's even a free robot coffee maker in the lobby, which is so futuristic! I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

The bedding was comfortable, and they provided water, snacks, and drinks daily, which was a thoughtful touch. The rooftop infinity pool had a great ambiance. The only downside was the loud bird chirping downstairs every evening.
