A Truly Effortless and Restful Birthday Staycation! I booked a staycation here to unwind from work and celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel delivered exactly the quiet, relaxing getaway we needed. The thoughtful touches began even before we arrived—that morning, I received a WhatsApp from Diyanah,Guest Service Officer asking for my husband’s name to write him a birthday card, which was a wonderful surprise! When we arrived at noon, Diyanah kept me updated via WhatsApp while the team placed the card and a birthday gift in our room. The lobby was peaceful, and Diyanah personally came over to hand us our key cards, wishing my husband a happy birthday and making us feel so welcome! Our room (1513) was located nicely away from the lift, ensuring a quiet environment throughout our stay. The pool was equally serene, with only a few other guests there while we went for a swim. Also, the complimentary Teh C Peng was hands-down the best post-swim beverage! The location was another major plus. We specifically chose this hotel because it is within short walking distance of the Swensen’s Unlimited Buffet. After a satisfying dinner, we took a leisurely stroll back to the hotel. Check-out was just as easy. The luggage drop-off process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to enjoy our plans for the rest of the day before picking up our bags at night. Thank you to Citadines for such warm hospitality and an effortless, memorable staycation!

The hotel is clean and tidy, very close to Kent Ridge MRT station and NUS (National University of Singapore). There are plenty of food options within about a hundred meters downstairs, which is super convenient. I'd definitely choose it again next time, highly recommended!

Ever since my child started school two years ago, I've always chosen this hotel. It's relatively new, very clean, and tidy. I especially love the hotel's pool; the staff maintains it regularly, and the water is crystal clear. Swimming while watching the sunset is absolutely beautiful! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Kent Ridge MRT station, allowing easy access to anywhere you want to go by subway. It's a one-stop shop for transportation and dining.
