凌晨入住 差點找不到櫃檯 (2F)
有一份入住禮 💝
週一到週五早上有提供免費的早餐👍🏻 還有小點心每天都有
🗺️ 飯店的地理位置非常方便 下樓就是shopping mall 各種餐廳、食物、飲料店都有 但是飯店的設施時常有問題，例如水槽阻塞、水溫忽冷忽熱、冷氣也比較沒有那麼涼 ⋯雖然飯店很快就會派人過來修理 不過感覺可以改進一下水的問題⋯
🛏️ 房間整齊、乾淨、明亮 但偏小 1-2個人住剛好 只有走道的地方可以放行李箱 大行李打開後會完全佔了整個走道😂

設施很新，位置很好，就在購物中心旁邊。但是有一點必須吐槽，離店後兩小時就發現新買的一大瓶沐浴露，卡詩洗髮水和一把洗衣刷遺留在酒店，馬上聯繫酒店，但衹拿到了洗衣刷，酒店説沒有其他的。我衹能歎口氣，在國內星級酒店裡，哪怕是我丟在垃圾桶旁不要的衣服，酒店都會打電話來確認，而這裏，明明有我新加坡手機號，知道我丟了物品，都沒人聯繫我，還少了兩瓶洗浴用品，新買才一天的沐浴露是500ml的，明顯不是客人丟棄而是忘記帶走，就這麼不見了。
離店前我不知道有物丟了，抱着你好我好大家好的想法寫了好評，早知道不寫了！
衹能安慰自己還好衹是幾百塊的東西，但酒店的服務管理真的比國內差多了！

床單有異味，住了六天衹更換了一次，清潔服務衹是草草了事，也不給新的洗護用品，酒店管理也不通人情，不推荐居住，同樣價錢可以有更好的體驗！唯一的優點是可以帶寵物入住

ホスピタリティがとても素晴らしかったです！また来たいです。ホテルクラークが親切に私の願いを叶えてくれました。シンガポールに来たらまた絶対ここに滞在したいです。
ロケーションもとても便利で、Houseの中はどこもとても清潔でした。水も部屋にtapがあって自由に飲めます。ランドリーも24時間使えて清潔でした。本当にQuincyが大好きです！また来ます！
