Very happy with my stays. Location is convenient cause food are around us. The staff in this hotel are friendly 👍😉

Also same that's ok for short stay but if for long stay it is not a good choice if having budget

I think the staff given us transit level meaning those who took few hour , where by a lot of guest in and out till we can’t really sleep well till morning then we fall asleep . I need a room not near the lift but given near the lift.can hear a lot of noise in n out from the lift . That was terrible. Request ( relax room far from lift ) . This is the worst room 202 that we even stay . Stay cation for relax but end up this time round we ended up super tired by all the noise that we heard from room . Sound water can hear from the top or side omg . We stay a few time before level 4 and 5 there won’t be problem . Last but not least pls kindly take note call me ( ms hor ) but not by my full name thanks I dun mind showing you my booking voucher thanks so much . Appreciated

Clean and cozy, very quiet, friendly, and comfortable. I almost always choose to stay here when I'm in Singapore. There's a 7-Eleven right next door, and plenty of food options nearby, like Sichuan Yangou Restaurant and Hainanese chicken rice. Plus, there's a park not too far away.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is great. Very near bus stops and just right across a hawker center with good affordable food.

I am someone who values simplicity and only requires the bare necessities to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. While the hotel technically provides the basics, the overall quality falls far below acceptable standards. The customer service was poor, and staff were unhelpful when concerns were raised. The walls are extremely thin, making it nearly impossible to get proper rest due to noise from surrounding rooms. The room itself is very small and not suitable for taller individuals, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The bed was unreasonably firm, and the bathroom design caused water from the shower to spill into the main room, leaving the floor wet. Despite bringing these issues to management’s attention and ultimately booking another hotel to salvage my stay, no refund or reasonable resolution was offered. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances

Good for a 2 night stay, very basic and small but what you pay for. Great budget food options just across the road and a 7 eleven downstairs. Staff were very friendly and the cleaner couldn’t have been more helpful😊 the room had a private bathroom with shampoo provided. The room had a kettle, tea and coffee provided, bottled water and a Tv. Near the train station and bus station to take you into the centre !!

Great experience! Most Fragrance Hotels are on Balestier Road, and this one is significantly better than the Oasis across the street. The staff were also very friendly. I'd choose to stay here again if I come back.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The room had everything I needed for a short stay. Overall, a good place to stay and I would recommend it.

The room was a bit small, the prices fluctuated a lot, and the air conditioning was quite noisy.

The hotel was amazing, I stayed there for a month and all the staff were super accommodating and nice, I will 100% stay here again in the future

The environment is great, but the soundproofing isn't. The hygiene is acceptable, and it offers good value for money. There are plenty of dining options nearby.
