Excellent Hotel. The location is very convenient with a subway next to it, Orchard Rd for shopping and restaurants and plenty of shopping malls. The best of all is the rooftop Pool and the views. The bed is very comfortable and the room is super clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. We highly recommend it.

Recommended. Not only malls are below and connected, we do feel welcomed with the great service. Love the infinity pool to relax in.

Pool is great and hotel is clean
Buffet is standard quality, nothing so special but ok. Quite crowded all time.
Lacks of toilets at the pool floor (only 1) and meeting rooms/seminars (no toilets - you need to use the pool one).

JEN酒店是第一次入住，大堂在10樓，樓下一樓大廳出門右轉就是索美塞地鐵口，左轉就是商場+餐廳，交通吃住都方便。房間中規中矩，2500左右的一間房，相當於國內1000-1500左右的房間。前台辦理入住也比較快捷，有中文服務員，也有印度裔服務員，態度都比較友好。還送了我女兒一個小禮物。客房打掃也比較乾淨、及時。尤其值得表揚的是我們退了房到機場之後才發現我女兒的近視眼鏡沒有拿。之後聯繫了酒店前台，前台核實後馬上就回復，可以幫我們郵寄回國，當然我們自己出的郵費和通關費。雖然郵寄時間有點長，但是已經很感激了。本來需要花時間金錢重新配鏡也挺麻煩的。謝謝酒店的前台和客房服務人員。另外酒店的早餐非常豐富，雖然很多不合我的中國胃，但是品種還是比較多的，外國人應該很喜歡，因為早上排隊等入早餐廳的外國人很多，中國人沒見幾個。酒店環境也不錯，附近看得見泛太平洋和希爾頓酒店，遠眺可以看見金沙酒店。樓頂泳池也不錯，有50釐米，80釐米淺水區適合孩子玩水，配套設施也齊全，晚上在樓頂放鬆看夜景最舒服了！

進去以後房間沒有異味，乾淨整潔，裝修風格雖然有點簡潔，但是真的算很乾凈，我有潔癖，到處東看西摸，確實是乾淨的，也還比較新。樓下幾個大商場，吃東西方便，服務員也很禮貌，大多數時候有説中文的。樓上天際泳池就不用説了，水還是海鹽消毒，算乾淨了，我們早上吃了早飯去遊的，人不算多，去聖淘沙我們出門穿過商場在公交車站做123直達，沿路欣賞風景，太讚了。喜歡這個酒店的，除了價格有點貴，其它都算好，畢竟獅城物價高嘛，也很正常。
