I contacted the hotel via email before my stay to ask if they could receive a package on my behalf, and they quickly replied confirming they could. So, I ordered some items online and had them sent to the hotel. Even though my check-in was nearly three weeks away, the hotel held onto them securely. When I checked in, the front desk proactively asked if I had any packages that needed picking up. It's worth noting that the staff handling packages and those at the check-in counter were in different areas, but their communication was seamless, which felt very professional and considerate. The hotel's location is also super convenient, directly connected to a mall and an MRT station, making getting around incredibly easy. The room was clean and tidy, meticulously serviced, and overall, my stay was comfortable and reassuring. From the service and transportation to the overall accommodation experience, everything was satisfying. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Singapore.

There is a modern vibe about the hotel from the architecture and design to the use of robots for room service which was cool to see. Hotel is just beside 313@Somerset so it was convenient to get food nearby. Staff was friendly and the room felt spacious and clean. I appreciated the vending machine available on the room floor for guests to purchase drinks and snacks any time. The rooftop pool deserved the award title it had with spectacular views of the CBD and of course, MBS. Overall, great stay with express checkout!

Had a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is super convenient, with direct access to the subway and a mall right downstairs. We were also able to get a late check-out until 2 PM. Since it was our anniversary, the hotel even surprised us with a special treat, which made the stay even better! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Singapore.

Check in was very smooth. Room is exceptionally clean and tidy when first entered, no bad odour etc. Club lounge is cozy love the peaceful vibe. Overall stay experience awesome! I will probably come back next time for staycation again but different room type

I'd noted a birthday request, and even though I checked in the day before my birthday, I received surprises two days in a row! The breakfast spread was also diverse and plentiful. Overall, I had a great experience.

The hotel's location is super convenient, and the environment and facilities exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless and the bedding was very comfortable. The service was incredibly thoughtful; they even prepared a little surprise for our child, which really made the birthday celebration special! My child was happy the entire time. I honestly couldn't find a single flaw with the cleanliness, environment, or service. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Singapore! The breakfast selection was extensive, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. I'm truly satisfied and will recommend it to my friends back home.

The room was spotless and the facilities were perfectly adequate. The best part is the hotel's amazing location, right above the Somerset MRT station. There's even an elevator from the MRT's second basement level directly to the hotel reception! Once you step out, you're connected to countless Orchard Road malls, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. You'll find all sorts of Chinese restaurants and supermarkets, and all the famous foodie hotspots are right here. Getting anywhere is a breeze, just 3-4 stops away. The hotel pool is gorgeous at night, with a distant view of Marina Bay Sands, making for a super chill evening. This is my second time staying here!

The location is the best. It is located in Somerset MRT Station. It gets bus stations opoosite to the hotel buildins at Somerset Road & Orchard Road. So we could travel to anywhere around Singapore by public transport. Staff is friendly and good manners. Room and pool is good.

The room is spacious, and the location is great. There's a subway station right downstairs, along with plenty of good food, making it super convenient to get anywhere. It's perfect for couples doing a citywalk or a fast-paced 'special forces' type of trip. Compared to other hotels in the same area, this one offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again.

Facilities: Extremely well-equipped with everything you need, including outlets that don't require an adapter. Cleanliness: Spotless, and the staff are constantly working to maintain it. Environment: Super convenient for dining and transportation. It's right by the subway station and surrounded by bus routes, making taxis very easy to catch. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning. Service: They have both robots and human staff, and any service you need is available on call.

Maybe Singapore is just expensive, but for this price point, I didn't expect this. It's completely different from the Jen hotel at Guomao. The check-in and membership welcome gift only amounted to 10 SGD and a poorly made bag; most stores don't even accept the 10 SGD. Service was practically non-existent. The room decor felt like a budget hotel from about 10 years ago. They upgraded us to a deluxe king room on the 12th floor, but the view was just walls of other buildings. Bottled water isn't provided, only tap water, but considering how some people drink straight from the tap, I felt a bit grossed out when filling my cup. Plus, there's no overhead shower, and I was worried about the hygiene practices of some guests using the handheld shower. And the tissue paper is just beyond words – it disintegrates on contact with water; blowing your nose just gets it all over your hand. The only upside is the subway station downstairs, making transportation super convenient, and the rooftop sky garden and infinity pool are great. The view from there is fantastic, though ordering drinks is unnecessary as alcohol in Singapore is ridiculously expensive.

The room was pretty good, well-divided, and the mattress had just the right firmness. It was quiet, and there's a subway station not too far downstairs. It's a bit of a walk to Marina Bay Sands. The breakfast wasn't great, and the price was a bit high.
