I just feel like there’s nothing particularly special about this hotel. That said, I really appreciate the Chinese lady who kindly let me check in early, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Other than that, I wasn’t particularly impressed. The location is just so-so, and overall, I’d say the experience was pretty average.

I wanted to reach out and thank you for the fantastic stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a truly relaxing experience. Your staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived with their warm hospitality and attentive service. Issues are the following: Breakfast buffet - The breakfast buffet was extremely limited with very few options so don't expect to much. Strong, unpleasant smell throughout the corridor.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I decided to book again because my first experience was quite good, but this stay fell short of expectations.  Upon arrival, I noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The balcony door could not be locked, which felt like a safety concern. Additionally, the teacup saucers were very dirty, and the bath towels were not clean.  Lastly, when making my reservation, I had requested a high floor and a late check-out, but unfortunately, these requests were completely ignored. I hope the management improves their housekeeping and customer service, as my second stay was very disappointing compared to the first.

Good ! But they wanna lead a staff to manage all of the common languages. Matters!!

Location of this hotel is very good and staffs are fairly friendly. Room is in god condition, size is small but for the price I paid I have no complaints at all. Cleanliness of room is satisfactory. I may return in the future given the low room night I paid.

Upon arrival, the receptionist, who checked me in, did not greet me and appeared unfriendly. Initially, I was placed in a fully smoking room with a strong odor. However, the key card folder indicated that guests who smoke in the room will be charged $200. I requested that they relocate me, but no apologies were. The second room was significantly better. However, the facilities provided were inadequate.Only one bottle of water and one towel were available, which were not mentioned on the website. The shower bottle was empty from the beginning until I left. Additionally, a dirty towel was left in the room. Despite being a renovated hotel, there were some oddities, such as the presence of noise from other rooms. If you have requested something or reported an issue, they will not contact you unless you initiate a call. At least, breakfast is satisfactory, and the food and beverage staff are more friendly than those working in the front office.

Location & Service was excellent but last time booked that's why getting little bit small rooms, we are fully satisfied based on the location & prices
