Located on Orchard Road, the hotel offers excellent transportation links, with a direct bus to the airport just a short walk away. The staff were courteous and polite. The hotel is a bit older, but it's still reasonably well-maintained.

There were tiny bugs on the bed, I didn't dare sleep all night. The water dispenser wouldn't stop dispensing 100°C water, and the room had a strong, unpleasant smell. Avoid this place, everyone!

This hotel is incredibly convenient! I spent a long time choosing on Trip.com and finally settled on Da Zhong Hotel, and it turns out my decision was perfect. The hotel is right in the heart of Orchard Road, just a few minutes' walk to Somerset MRT station and major shopping malls like Orchard Central and 313@Somerset. After a big shopping spree, it was amazing to be able to just head back to the hotel, drop off my bags, rest a bit, and then go out again. The room was spacious and clean, with a bustling street view outside the window. Yet, the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a very quiet night's sleep.

The power outlets in the room can be used directly, no adapter needed. There's also an automatic water dispenser for instant hot and cold drinking water. The room was larger than expected, and the bed was quite comfortable. The best part is its proximity to the subway station, just a three-minute walk, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. There's a big mall and supermarket nearby, so shopping is easy. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Was able to request an early check-in. Breakfast isn't extensive, but it's filling. The convenience store downstairs doesn't have much selection. It's a bit of a walk to the metro station. There are dining options available next door at Orchard Plaza.

Hotel is good, room are ok but there is a smell which feel a bit weird, breakfast so so only which they can have more choice of food. Location is between Center of MRT and convenience with the 5min to 313@somerset and plaza singapura.

let’s me say my thinking: 1/ when I arrived it was uncomfortable situation on reception by asking me if I’m sure that I want to have one bed cuz there were two guys. We fine with both, but I don’t think that it is reception business who sleeps how. For me I like big bed and two blankets that give you more space. Especially with friend I travel for years; 2/ I never tried swimming pool so I have no idea if it is good or not; 3/ I have to admit beddings and pillows are very good quality and very clean, no objections, this is 100% satisfied; 4/ room is very “tired”. The carpet done of the pieces, it is very old; 5/ room smells moldy and a/c doesn’t work good enough to dry it, so due to high humidity it is not so good; 6/ I remember that 4* hotel should provide you with 3 types of towel for person: face, hands, body towels, however you will get one. Yes, they change it everyday, but it will be one per day. Besides, the quality is very low and sometimes old with holes; 7/ all environment is old and broken: shower, cabinet, old and smelly carpet; 8/ if you use toilet be sure: other will be disturbed by lights and by whatever you do in toilet - 0 of privacy; 9/ we had only one lamp in the shower, it was feeling so dark, like im in the house basement. Conclusion: location good and beddings clean. Rest not. I suggest to pay 50$ more per night but get something much better.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room and facilities were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Considering the quality of service, cleanliness, and great location, the hotel is definitely worth the price. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The location is great, the hotel is in a bustling area, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. It's also not far from the subway station. The downside is that the rooms are quite small, and so is the bathroom. The hotel is expensive, but that's just how it is; Singapore left a very good impression on me overall.

Good hotel,cheap prices and location

I initially thought the room would be small, but once I got in, it felt pretty good. It wasn't too cramped for three people. The facilities were complete, the service attitude was great, and it's close to Orchard Road and the MRT, making it very convenient for getting around.

The sheets and duvet cover were dirty. I spoke to the staff, and they only changed the sheets. I emphasized that the duvet cover was also dirty, but they didn't provide a clean one. Poor service.
